The hotel was absolutely beautiful! From the lobby compete with a beautiful fireplace, to the room everything was 5 stars! The lobby has a lot of beautiful couches and a nice cozy fireplace. They also have a small restaurant and bar which was super convenient! The room was beautifully decorated and they even had my name on the TV to welcome us! Everything was super clean in the room & the mattresses are inside a cover to prevent bed bugs. The bed was pretty comfy and super clean. I felt so at home here and couldn’t have asked for a better hotel stay. The staff were amazing, friendly & helpful! Would def stay again!

I had to turn on every light in the room in order to have bright lighting. The biggest disappointing thing is that there was no "free" continental breakfast. I have not ever stayed in a hotel where the continental breakfast wasn't "free".

Inadvertently left my cell phone @ my kid's house close to the hotel. Tried to make a long distance call to my husband, in FL to get my kid's phone # to call them. None of the options on the phone in my room worked. Went down to the front desk & the attendant let me use her cell phone. She indicated there were issues with the options as they were not working. That needs to be fixed! Also, had the option for a "wake up" call since I didn't have my cell phone. Never got it. Not acceptable.

All staff friendly and welcoming except for Friday evening about 6 p.m. Very clean and quiet. Great for sleeping. Breakfast Sat morning was great. Reservations thru Booking.com went very well. Ample parking and great location.

Staff member at check-in not welcoming at all. Swimming pool Friday evening so strong it burned the eyes. Little better by Saturday. Breakfast shut down early Sunday morning, unannounced.

When I first checked in the hotel and traveled to my hotel room, I turned on the TV and it showed a welcome sign with my name on the screen, which was very courteous to me. Really innovative. Loved the pool and hot tub also. That’s all.

Facility was quiet even though there were several soccer teams staying there. Clean. Was able to electronically tip the person who actually cleaned the room!

HVAC units were very loud and you could feel them rumbling through the floor.

Easy location, front desk staff super friendly, small bar with an awesome bartender. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very nice with modern updates.

Couldn’t get dinner at the grill because the cook left well before closing time.

Liked everything about my stay. Got a better, more convenient room than I had requested. Have stayed there twice now, when visiting my daughter & son-in-law. Could have stayed at a less expensive hotel, but it's worth it and will be staying there whenever I go to Smyna, TN

I liked the friendliness of staff. They were helpful anytime we had questions. Cleanliness in the room was good as well.

The TV in the room we were in was messed up as the screen had dots on it. The circles were pretty big. There's definitely something wrong with the set

Besides the facilities being very clean and comfortable with all the creature comforts the staff was AMAZING! Especially Erica!!! She even called up to the room shortly after our arrival to make sure everything was satisfactory. Everyone there was very accommodating!
