The staff was amazing!! Very friendly and accommodating…from the front desk to house keeping! ❤ the fact they are pet friendly and have a pool that’s not to deep. The breakfast was awesome and the fact they serve until 10 and check out at noon sets this hotel apart from the others!

Our room wasn’t the greatest…we had a super squeaky bed, every time you moved it squeaked! The air conditioner was really loud to so it made for and interesting night but overall great!

When we arrived Antonio helped us check in, he was super friendly and attentive. He made sure everything was to our liking. He’s an asset to this company. This location was convenient to where we needed to be. The night clerk allowed us a bit of time to enjoy the pool when we came back from my daughter’s graduation.

Nothing really to complain about, breakfast could have been a bit better. Other guests were noisy but nothing they could have done about the issue.

Everything was excellent! We especially loved the beds. These mattresses were the most comfortable we have ever slept on in a hotel!! The staff were superb, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious!! It was very clean. The room was huge, with plenty of room for the wheelchair. Hampton Inn will be my go-to hotel from now on. You all have spoiled us.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Everything was fantastic. Our room was the best size for two children that area bit active and like to play. We were in the family suite and have been in this room before. Absolutely love it!

The only thing I didn't like was having to sign into the internet every day. It wasn't that horrific of a problem but it was a nuisance. Oh could you have bacon a little more often.

Front desk was very accommodating. Continental breakfast was good and staff was friendly. My 2 year old granddaughter was having a meltdown at breakfast and a staff member brought her a special treat, which was so sweet of her!

Housekeeping never came while we were there for two nights. One of our pillow cases had something obvious on it. The elevators are super slow. There was something on the floor by the elevator the entire time we were there that looked like pet urine.

Close to freeway with reasonable price to stay, and it is easy to go ball park, airport and so on. Front staff's work is very kind.

It was not related hotel's performance, but a (or some) motorcycle rider turned music very loudly even mid night.

There was a hair in the tub. Management confirmed the room had been cleaned, and it was probably left behind while the housekeeper cleaned. However, as I waited in line to checkout, the lady in front of me had extensive complaints about cleanliness.

Everything! Staff was friendly, facility was clean, they upgraded me due to them being out of the type of room I originally book. Room was spacious and very clean.

Very large rooms. Quiet except doors of hotel but that's everywhere. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was delicious and the staff is amazing.

I didn't like the contractors they hired to build an awning over the pool that started playing music at 8am right outside my window. I called and was moved to another room on the top floor immediately and the music stopped.
