I loved everything about this place.

Only thing I didn’t like is when I went down stairs the next morning to check out I tried to extend my stay a night. The older black lady talking on her phone ain’t even look at me and said “we booked up today and tomorrow” I said ok. Went to my room called the embassy they said they got rooms so I was being petty and booked another night. Went down stairs and canceled my reservation. All she could do was look at me. I said it’s funny how everybody booked when nobody wanna work and all you doing is checking people in an out and answering questions.

I loved the room layout and my bed was super comfy. Breakfast was great too.

The tub in my bathroom did not drain properly. Each time I took a shower, the tub overflowed.

Everything about this hotel its self was good! The man who checked me in was very sweet and attentive he took great care of me during my stay!

The location being right on the interstate. The parking was ridiculous! I was not able to park at the hotel at all there was no parking available for me I had to park at another hotel and walk down the interstate to this hotel where I was staying to have somewhere to park. Then I was scared my car would get towed. The underground parking is extremely steep with the completely vertical drop down then the unclear markings in the garage were insane. Cars were everywhere so much confusion people were almost hitting one another because no one knew where to go or how to get out. There was no parking I front of the building or behind it was pure madness in the parking area. This definitely needs to be addressed!

Breakfast was amazing with tons of options. Beds were clean and comfy, room was spacious.

The pool was open but unusable because the heater in the pool area was broken. We didn’t know beforehand and had plans to swim which was very annoying. 2/4 of the elevators were out of order and the working ones were very slow.

Second time staying there and again the staff were amazing. Cheerful, friendly, helpful, just like last time! We love that this hotel offers 3 beds so nobody has to sleep on the floor (2 double, 1 sofa) Food is good and plentiful in the mornings for breakfast. Plenty of space for the many guests to spread out without crowding in the HUGE atrium.. Got to experience the Happy Hour with drinks and snacks too this time (last time we weren't able to participate). That was a fun way to fill time before we went to our next activity.

Unfortunately the pool (which we also didn't get to go into last time due to the lateness of our arrival) was a disappointment. Not only was it crowded (I mean what can you do with that? No big deal) but it was dark in there and NOT heated as advertised. So our relaxation in the pool time was a whole 5 minutes before getting out.

The size of the rooms were great, especially for a family. The atrium and dining area are beautiful, we stayed on the 9th floor and enjoyed standing in front of our room and looking down over the balcony to the atrium. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We had an issue with the heat in our room and they sent a friendly maintenance worker up almost immediately. The food service staff and the restaurant also met our expectations.

The parking garage had a bad leak that limited where you could park unless you were okay walking through the water. The area right around the hotel has a lot of traffic and getting in and out was challenging at times. While we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and evening reception, it would have been nice to have some different options instead of the same thing every day (especially for the evening reception.).

Breakfast and lobby were good. Liked that our room had a door to separate the room from living room. Microwave in room.

The pool is not as pictured(reason for choosing this location for spring break was indoor pool) it is dirty and the water is super foggy so foggy you can't use pool toys if you wanna see them.. towels were not available without going to front desk for pool. Beds were uncomfortable and the neighborhood was a bit rough. Parking garage was sketchy and smelled of Marijuana and water everywhere dripping from pipes that go to who knows where.

The view from my room was very nice all the staff was well mannered and easy to work with, rooms are nice and large with a big window and nice comfortable beds, theres also complimentary AB’s at certain times along with really good morning breakfast and a beautiful inner sight of the common area from each floor

The parking garage is a little small so going in bigger cars at busier and later times isnt recommended unless your well versed in driving the wifi is a little spotty sometimes but overall definitely a great hotel

Breakfast was phenomenal. The room was spacious and very nice. Beds were comfortable and the linens felt like they were cleaned and put on the day we arrived. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

3 of the 4 elevators were working and of course the one closest to my room was out of order so there was an inordinate amount of waiting on an elevator. Parking was not enjoyable. There is a tiny parking lot in the front and a slightly bigger parking lot in the back. There was an underground parking garage but it was always dripping water and there were puddles all over making it not fun to walk around. Also, there was only 2 functioning ice machines in the building instead of 1 on each floor.
