The breakfast was more than just cold cereal and fruit, which is what we had provided at my work event this weekend. For this reason we ate at the hotel daily after the first day. Was a mix-up too, so not just sausage and eggs, but french toast strips, bacon, plus oatmeal and cold cereal daily. We liked it! The beds were super comfy too. Staff were all very nice that we came across.

The bathroom in our room could have been a tad cleaner along the base of the floors, but the shower and sinks and all were clean. The room in general was as well, so overall good stay. One elevator was down when we were there, but just used the stairs more, which is better anyway. ha

The property is gorgeous! Very clean and well kept, the pool was clean and well stocked with towels. I love that the property is gated! Needing a code to get in and out and all doors require a keycard! Loved the staff, they were friendly, and talkative and very helpful. The cleaning staff were so helpful when I needed more trash bags! Love this hotel and staff!

While we were staying there, we saw 1 of 2 elevators was down but thought nothing of it, then BOTH elevators went down!! My friend was in the top floor and had to drag his bags down the 4 flights of stairs to get them in the car. We had dogs, kids, babies, so many bags and baby beds etc that it was definitely inconvenient for both elevators to be out of order.

The property overall was great. Staff were super helpful and friendly and the room was clean. Most of the parking was in a gated area so you feel safe and comfortable coming and going late at night. For the amount of people we had it was a great price also.

Only complaint I have is that with such a large hotel- only having one working elevator was a giant frustration at times. They do have 2 elevators but only one working. Lots of waiting and lots of traffic in the elevators and the one that is working was a little scary at times- super jerky and malfunctioning. We took the stairs a lot but with lots of activities throughout the day and tired kids (along with our rooms being on the 6th floor) it was not always the best way to end the day.

Price was reasonable, beds were comfortable, staff were friendly and room.was clean.

The elevator was out, and we were on the 3rd floor. There was no notification until you arrived at the hotel, and it had been out at the time the booking was made. Pool had not been cleaned in quite a while. The most frustrating was the use of pics from a different facility displayed online. The room pic was accurate but not the pool or amenities. Clearly from another location due to the size, structure, and service area.

The lady was very nice at check in. They give you a code for the gated parking which helped feel more secure. Room was big, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good with a fair amount of good choices

The elevator was broken and they could not get anyone out to fix it until the next week. so we had to walk up to the 3rd floor every time we left and came back. We understand that some things just can not be helped by the management

This hotel is most convenient for my appointments when in Dallas. I am uneasy driving in traffic so being just a couple of minutes from my meetings is such a relief. It is a well run hotel and that gives me comfort. Also the gated parking lot gives me a sense of security.

I can't think of any deficiencies. There are some ongoing upgrades and improvements on the facility but that is never a negative.

Check-in was super easy! Staff very friendly! Bed was very comfortable. Room size was nice. Modern decor with mini fridge and microwave. Shower was very nice! Spa like! Loved variety of breakfast items offered. Will stay again!! Close to freeway.

Phone in room didn't work.. Not a deal breaker🤷🏾‍♀️ Only 1 elevator was working😬🫤😐

Breakfast was served hot and different choices every day! The beds were very comfortable. The parking lot was gated and our stay was safe and enjoyable

Didn't have a microwave in the room to reheat evening meals. You have to tell them one day in advance if your want room service.

Cost, and location was excellent..breakfast was good could have been better some days. I dont have anything else to add.
