Breakfast was ok. Location was good. Room was comfy

The early morning staff member was to busy with their phone to acknowledge our check out. The bed was a little lumpy.

Thought the location was great. In relation to the conference that I had to attend. The price point was absolutely what I needed. The staff I thought overall was very friendly and welcoming. The shower level was very nice and I enjoyed the design of the shower, very modern and a welcome touch!

I felt like there should have been more variety with the breakfast to go with the waffles that were there. Some kind of sausage and egg combination would have been greatly welcomed. There was lip gloss left behind the head part of the bed, which let me know that there was not a thorough cleaning done of the room. I totally understand that many places are short staffed, but as someone who worked in housekeeping, we were always encouraged to check all of the nooks and crannies of places so that way the room is completely clean. There were also some crumbs left in the bathroom when I arrived that I just cleaned myself and that didn't leave the best impression.

Stayed in double queen on the 4th floor. The room was nice, the bathroom and the Dove products were great. The shower was good. I did not go in the pool, but being that it was indoor was a plus. Breakfast had plenty to choose from and was good. Asked and paid for a late check out. Location is good, right off the hghway.

Elevator moved a little slow. No ironing board in room, but I was quickly assisted in obtaining one.

Construction on Interstate right outside my window in the middle of the night. Very noisey, unable to sleep. Perhaps your property can offer earplugs to guests to block out loud noise. Other than that, all else was great.

There is a circular light on the roof right outside the windows of the 4th floor rooms that shines in the room ALL NIGHT LONG. The kids thought it was daytime it was so bright in the room. Also, our location (facing the highway) was just very loud for some reason.

I like that the facility was five minutes away from my house, they served real breakfast, it was clean, and the staff was polite

Me and my family of 10 had two rooms and I really wanted them to be side-by-side but we a couple of doors down on the same floor

We didn’t really get to do the breakfast because it would be closed or not open. I would recommend coffee 24 seven.

I didn’t understand why my invoice was 662.24 and my card was charged 762.24.

I like this hotel because the rooms are always shiny clean, smell clean, and the rooms will get cold unlike other hotel I've recently stayed.

The toliet is my one true complaint. I had to figure out how to completely flush the toliet. Oh I needed better lighting for putting on my makeup. I had to sit in the window to put my makeup on. Good thing it was a sunny day.

The breakfast was very good, everything was neat and clean. Really enjoyed it. The location of the hotel was just perfect. Its close to a lot of dining places and convienant stores and you can easily get back on the freeway.
