The location is great - this is our hotel of choice when we come to El Paso. Breakfast was great. Dinner was fabulous. Our waitress for dinner was off the charts incredible. The front desk person on the 3 to 11 shift took care of the billing issue we had and made sure we got drink tickets for guest service recovery. That was unexpected, and definitely appreciated. We had a rough day before we checked in.

Ice machines weren't working on the two floors we checked.

Location

Phones did not work. WiFi did not work. Desk attendant said it did but we had 4 rooms on different floors and it did not work in any of them. Plus we talked to other guests and theirs did not work either. Just say it is out of order. Restaurant has. 20-25 minute wait for breakfast on Friday morning. It was not full and could not understand this.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean as was the rest of the hotel.

You have to pay for parking. Which was done at the front desk at the time of checking in. But when leaving the machine wouldn’t read the code. So I had to pay again to get out. Which I figured I’d go to the front desk and get it cleared up. But apparently someone else had the same problem and called the front desk. There was only one very nice young lady trying to help everyone at the desk and deal with the person on the phone yelling at her. Believe me she was doing her best! But before we could get the little issue of the gate not working. I had to leave because of an appointment that I was running late for because of the gate not working right. I told her I had to leave and I’d call back to get it straightened out.

Loved the location, and the staff was wonderful.

Our AC wasn't working in our room. The staff worked quickly to get us to another room. But we had to go from a king-size bed to 2 queens. But I was grateful for all their work to get us accommodated. And gave us free breakfast vouchers

We liked everything especially staff maria was very helpful friendly and kind she would check up on us everyday day of our stay To make sure we didn't need anything. This will be our place to stay from now on.

There is nothing I didn't like all was just prefect

Staff friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient.

The elevator to the parking garage very confusing. Hot water in shower took forever to heat up.

Staff, housekeeping were friendly and accommodating.

Parking arrangement was terrible: Spaces were crowded. Toilet and faucets leaked; sounds from elevators were disrupting. The guitar player/singer sounded like someone singing tunes of the past and was annoying while eating (I suggest eliminating this option). Menu was limited.

It was nice & clean.

Room was hot, even with a/c set @ 70°. One of the light sconces in the bathroom was out (didn’t bother me, but little details like that kinda makes it look “trashy”). Other guest were awesome.

It was close to the passport agency that I was there for. The location felt safe. Amazing views from the 15th floor!

There was no complimentary coffee, but there was a Starbucks like cafe attached. The parking spaces were very tight in the garage. The garage meter didn't work, but luckily, staff came by and assisted.

Found dirty laundry under beds that was not ours and dried boogers on the wall by beds. Parking garage was tight and I also feel like as guests we should not have to pay and extra $15 per night to park. Had to ask several times for extra towels, were not supplied within a timely manner.
