It’s a very guest centric establishment. The staff are very attentive and friendly with anything they are able to assist you with. They really show you their best side and they remind me of how great my customer service was when I was in retail. with that being said that’s my experience with them and there’s some new faces here now so I hope the great service continues

Only thing I can think of honestly,is either the shower heads get clogged with calcium and lime or maybe just the water pressure has a weak stream. the water pressure isn’t great sometimes.. That is it but you don’t make a big deal about it . Although it make it wonderful

No cook available for breakfast but a very kind lady (employee I think Andrea or Cristina was her name) she was more than happy to make me breakfast. It was delicious.

clean facilities ,friendly staff ,accommodating to the small issues with grace and no attitude.

They kept my deposit for no reason and they went on as if it wasn’t their fault. They blamed it on my bank.. So we’ll see what happens with that

Hotel is under new management. Everything looks to be renovated. Beautiful restaurant and bar and an even better menu

I didn’t like that they knocked on our door at 8am to ask if we were leaving. If checkout is at 11:00am, I shouldn’t be hearing from anyone until maybe 10:30am.

No shuttle early in the morning. had a flight change and the shuttle wasn’t available at 4 am so had to get an Uber.

The breakfast and the breakfast attendant was amazing. We could order and then eat comfortably in our room away from the other guests. She handled a bust Saturday crowd wonderfully. The front desk was quick and friendly with check I as well.

The room could have used a better cleaning the duvet had obviously not been changed, it what appeared to be blood on it. We thought it might just be a stain but my husband got a wash cloth and it starting to come off! We just threw it to the floor and got a new one in the morning. The front desk was very nice and apologetic about it. There was a lot of noise on our floor as there was some sort of teen age team that was staying there as well. If the room was cleaned better I would give this place a 10 since they don't really have control over their guests.

The property is well maintained. The staff is professional in their demeanor and their dress. The breakfast attendant was especially attentive and kind and energetic.

There are some areas of the hotel, specifically my room, that could use some more attention. The cups around the sinks are not changed out. I know this because there was soap on the plastic cups and soap caked around the cups. Just an oversight, however, those cups were rendered unusable. Attention to detail is appreciated.
