I liked that it was easy to find. The hotel was clean and pretty. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

The toilets are WAY too low to the ground. My husband and I both had trouble sitting on it and getting back up. Sounds silly but our knees weren’t happy. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed. Our daughter was with us and she is special needs. She’s afraid of the dark so we usually leave the bathroom light on and pull the door almost closed so she can have a little bit of light. The tiny “night light” where the light switches are is ridiculous. Also, the bottom of the bathroom door needs to be sanded down and repainted. It looked raggedy.

Excellent location, excellent parking, excellent breakfast, huge rooms, high ceilings, hot tub and pool facing the nature preserve is very nice and cozy vibe.

I thought the mattress was too hard but that may be another person's preference. There were some things that need a little maintenance. That I noticed had not been addressed since my last stay in Nov 2023. An example of this was the cracked tiles in several places in the elevator. Also, just replacing the furniture that has tears and carpet that is worn down. This is a great place and it's the little things that bring it down when it's not maintained properly.

The location was perfect for me, as I was planning to do an open water swim the next morning with a group at a location 16 minutes' drive away. The hotel was a little tricky to find. The building looked very nice, there was a beautiful view from my window, and the pool and trail outside looked good too, though I didn't have time to explore either. Some of the breakfast I liked (the biscuits, sausage, cranberry juice and coffee). Except for a child's crying late at night for a short while (which could happen anywhere), it was pretty quiet and comfortable. If I come back to the area for more open water swims, I will probably stay here again.

The coffeemaker in the room didn't work. The eggs that I got for breakfast were over salted. There were many cable channels, but none showing the Houston Astros game that was on that night (the only thing I wanted to watch). Little things...

The location is perfect. Very close to restaurants & grocery stores. It's also about 11 minutes away from the Lakeline Mall. Perfect spot for families. The hot continental breakfast was fresh. I liked how I was able to request a crib for my 7 month old while booking the reservation, and it was ready upon check-in. The crib linen came in a bag with a note that said it was sanitized. This was our second time staying here, & it won't be the last!

No issues or complaints!

The price was great for a King suite, the interior business-like; the bed was very comfortable, firm enough and with great pillows, a rarity in many hotels, the room and bathroom were also clean and the linens and towels fresh and new in appearance. The young men at the desk both coming and going were friendly and organized. There are several places to eat in the same parking lot/shopping center, (very good Thai at Green Mango, Tex Mex next door, a New American grill, Oasthaus, as well as a movie theater with recliners and a full menu, Cinepolis. There are also other businesses and some fast food places. The property has a bit of a hill country setting as it backs up to a green area. Breakfast was included, but I had to rush and did not get to try it. Parking is convenient and plentiful and the area is pleasant and safe. The only things I would suggest be done are to smarten up the tile inside the elevator and refurbish the floor button panel.

The location was quite convenient in the NW area of Austin, right on FM 620. Many destinations/attractions were only 10-12 minutes away. During a triple-digit heat wave, the underground parking was most appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable. The king bed was very comfortable, and I really appreciated having both a firm and a soft pillow. Breakfast service was provided for a generous three and one-half hours and offered a nice variety from bacon and eggs to fruit, cereal, yogurt, or bagels and muffins; plenty of choices for any appetite. Although, we did not partake, it was nice to have a pancake maker rather than the ubiquitous waffle maker.

The hotel has only three floors plus the parking level, so there is only one elevator; during peak check-in and checkout hours the wait can be quite long. The orange juice tasted watered-down. The plumbing in the wall was loud while running the faucet.

I loved the location which is close to Lake Travis and Bob Went Park swimming area. I also liked the fast and easy check-in process and the free breakfast was an added bonus!

I did not get a view of the Hill Country since I was on the ground floor facing the parking lot. I think that was because I checked in later in the evening and he said "sorry not available". It was ok but then I was in a room next to the housekeeper's laundry room which was a bother because not only was it a bit louder but I had to keep squeezing by their carts around breakfast time. The final issue was the low water pressure in the shower but overall it all was not a big deal.

Breakfast was great, lots of options. Eggs, sausage, fruit, fruit juice, coffee/tea, toast, bagels, English muffins, cinnamon rolls, cereal, instant oatmeal, pancakes, milk, yogurt. Very nice to have mini fridge and microwave in the room. Used the microwave and it worked well. Also, first place I've stayed that had a nightlight in the bathroom - very handy!

Room had a not so great smell. I was eventually able to locate it - behind the mini fridge, something had spilled and was spoiled. Housekeeping was quick to clean it when I found it. Inside of fridge was clean, though.

The staff was warm and friendly, the rooms were super comfortable and clean. I was thrilled and will be back often.

Well, the Spa was supposed to open at 7am. That was a perk I really would have enjoyed. It didn't open before I had to check out. That's the only thing holding you guys back from a straight 10 across the board.

Staff was very friendly! I observed the hospitality team be helpful and courteous to all guests. The room was clean and quiet. The location is great for visiting the lake or going into Cedar Park and North Austin. Plenty of dining options nearby if you're hungry.

Initially, the smell of cleaning supplies, but this is a good sign if you think about it. Everything was well maintained and freshly cleaned. I had no problems with my stay!
