I like most of the staff. Most ate courteous and more than willing to help.

I was very upset with the night clerk on the evening of our arrival. We waited in the lobby for over fifteen minutes. There were 2 other guests waiting also. When the clerk finally arrived he took the first person who was walking I the door without asking who had been waiting the longest. The young man ahead of us wanted a room. The night clerk gave it to the fella who walked in after everyone else. He ignored me when I mentioned the mistake. He didn't really care what anyone had to say. When we finally got our room key, the key did not work and again we had to go down and ask for assistance.

Location, conveniently close to my sister, and lots of restaurants to eat at.

The 1st night we didn’t realize the bedroom window was opened some. We just figured the windows were thin and that’s why we heard so much traffic. I had the bed closest to the window and there were two spots really wet. One below the pillow and another toward the middle of the bed. I didn’t call the office tho. We were just too tired. The 2nd day the fire alarm went off 3 times. I’m Disabled and can’t go up and down stairs. I couldn’t even use the phone to call the office. There was a lady outside her door and I asked her if we needed to leave. I had been in the shower the 1st time it went off. It was scary! Can’t believe it went off 3 times. I will use this hotel again in the future if needed.

The breakfast and location were great.

Our room smelled very musty like a bunch of sweaty people had stayed in there. It didn't feel clean and the 2nd room in the suite didn't have a working ac. It blew air just didn't get cool. Also the housekeeping lady scared us the next morning by banging so hard on the door and yelling then immediately coming in. We weren't even due to check out for another couple of days. I had to go to the front desk to get a do not disturb door hanger as they were not provided in the room.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Facilities and room were quite nice. Breakfast was pretty good. I've been coming to this location for several years for an event at the HEB Center, and have found this location to be one of the best values for money and quality in the area. Quite close to HEB Center and other area attractions.

Only complaint was when room was cleaned, used towels were not replaced. They were taken. It may have just been a mistake.

Needed to book a room last minute for my mom who uses a wheelchair. The room we originally booked was unavailable as somebody else at the hotel booked it and changed our reservation to a regular room without our knowledge. At checking the staff upgraded her to a suite, at no additional charge, that was an ADA room. We were so grateful! The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast has waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, cereal, toast, yogurt, orange and apple juice, and coffee. The hotel is looking worn on common areas but we had a very good experience. We did not visit the pool so no comments to make.

The Continental breakfast was very good, they offer several options, and the room was very clean. I like the extra instalations like the gym and pool, but I didn't have time to try tgem out.

The mattress of the sofa -bed need to be replaced, its very worn out. (Room 305) .The shower needs a plastic rug is very sleepery. And when room service came only make one bed ( The Queen size ) and left the sofa-bed were not done.

Diana Garcia was a phenomenal host from the beginning of check-in through check out and everything in between. She even sang happy birthday to me in Spanish. Diana has a beautiful voice. Rooms are very clean. All other area staff were also friendly. I initially had some noisy neighbors, but there was no pushback when I asked for a room in a quieter section. It was a great birthday weekend ☺️

They are in desperate need of new towels. Breakfast needed a little help too. Sausage was under cooked. There needs to be a better cereal selection. I also didn't see yogurt options.

Everything! It was easy to locate. We were only on the first floor but everything was very clean and smelt clean. I loved the breakfast! Texas shaped waffles - need I say more?! We visit Austin several time a year and this is now our preferred place to stay.

Only issues we experience was Android devices did not connect to the WiFi and the deadbolt lock on the room door did not work but there was another way to secure it.

I loved the fact that whenever you walked in it smelled very clean.

I didn’t like the fact that one Saturday night I got off the staff allowed this man big dog run around free like it was outside. I had to yell who dog is this, because it was coming toward me. If this is a pet hotel make it noticeable for guest. Because nobody wanna enter a place they’re staying and be greeted by a dog. So unprofessional

Great location. Near stores and eateries, some within walking distance. Even has an emergency clinic just a short walk to. Staff pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel. will be back.

If I had to suggest maybe faster wifi. Other than that nothing to improve upon. Y`all seem to have it covered already.
