Additional charges, especially for parking; coffee maker did work and in-spite of contacting the desk three times, they never came to fix it or replace it. The parking area was not secure. Anyone from the street could access your car.

Beds were very comfortable.

We thought this Holiday Inn had parking and cruise shuttle services. Disappointed to find out another HI a few blocks down offered that service. This needs to be clearly stated to avoid confusion.

Room is clean and there is complimentary bottle water in room.

Car park is not closed to the building, need to cross over a street and car park’s elevator is not working, there is additional $15 charge for car parking per night.

Hotel, clean and modern, room was great and good location

Reception staff on arrival, not pleasant, the supervisor told us to get an Uber to Walmart and buy a gift credit card, in order to pay a room deposit, he would not accept cash on this stressful situation, when our credit cards and partners phone had been stolen in another city. He had no compassion. Anyway it turns out the credit card machine accepts google pay, which I used with my phone, he didn't even know this. Terrible service

All areas of hotel were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I felt safe which was a priority. The view from my balcony was wonderful. The hotel was close to some great restaurants which I enjoyed walking to.

Didn’t mind paying additional for parking, however, I wished there had been a separate parking garage just for hotel guests. As it is, the parking garage is shared with patrons of restaurants/bars, that are also owned by the same owner of the hotel. After parking the first time, I opted to stay parked and walk to my destinations, due to the possibility of parking not being available.

I liked the comfort and convenience of staying at Holiday Inn Express & Suites. The clean, well-maintained rooms and friendly staff made your stay enjoyable. I also liked the lemonade, it was very tasty and refreshing.

I was disappointed that there was no gluten-free bread, and one of the top sheets had a stale odor, likely from nonenal. The reception staff could have been more professional and polite, especially considering the high price I paid for my stay.

1.Location. Right in front of the ocean and 5 min away from the Pleasure Pier, restaurants are nearby. 2. Great lobby assistance. Very helpful. Highly appreciate their help to get an ocean view room and late check out charge free. 3. Extraordinary breakfast. What a fantastic pancake machines they have! Never seen anything like that before! 4. Everything looks new, remodeled, designed, smelled great. 5. The pool is fun and refreshing.

1.There is no crosswalk to the ocean. That’s not about property, though. The property is amazing. 2. Didn’t see showers by the pool. Would be great to shower after the ocean, but there are no showers nearby.

Location was great, everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was nice.

We were confused initially about parking but eventually figured it out. Minor complaint is that breakfast was really busy so things would run out or we would wait for more food to be brought out.
