Nice hotel in Georgetown. Decent breakfast and large swimming pool for the kids. Cute area by walking trail with good restaurants in walking distance. Beds were comfortable and water pressure/hot water availability was excellent.

We originally booked the wrong dates and changing it through Marriott Bonvoy's system was next to impossible. No one ever responded to any of our written requests through booking.com. The Marriott phone tree was a nightmare. If you get a hold of anyone, Marriott will act like its Booking's fault - Marriot has clearly trained staff to simply say they can't do anything because it's a third party issue, but this is false. I almost always use Booking and I've NEVER had this issue with any other hotel. This is not a Georgetown Sheraton issue - they were great. This is a corporate Marriott issue that is unacceptable in the hospitality business. Do better, Marriott.

This is a beautiful hotel! It is clean and provides for easy access to walking/hiking/biking trails. I love that you can check out bikes at the hotel, and they even provide a helmet. The food was delicious -- from the breakfast to the room service. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and shopping center less than a 5-minute drive away. It was a great weekend trip for us -- just what we needed to recharge and reconnect! :)

The pool was small, but it was clean and the water felt amazing after our morning bike ride. Some of the hotel staff weren't as friendly as others, but people will people, so it didn't take away from our trip. I had a fantastic trip, so there's not much that I can say I didn't like about the hotel.

Fire alarm at 8ish in the morning. My travel partner is wheelchair bound and we could not take the stairs(3rd floor room )We waited for help from staff. We were never told if it was a drill or an actual emergency.

Nice hotel. Staff was very friendly to us and our dogs. Everyone was super helpful and thoughtful. We arrived late but there was a cute restaurant/bar within walking distance to grab a meal and cocktails. We were in Georgetown for a wedding. The hotel was in a great location. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Only thing I didn't like was there were only two towels and one hand towel in our room. No wash clothes. Of course, maid service brought us more but two towels for two days for two people is not enough. I'm sure it was an eco thing and this hotel might cater to more businesspeople traveling alone.

We ask if they could light the fire pits outside in the evening and they said they could not because they had nobody working that was allowed to. That was very disappointing because it was a very nice evening to sit by the fire and to have no one on staff that evening and it was New Years Eve id unsatisfactory.

I loved how clean it smelled, beautiful lobby. great pool, amazing location. amazing breakfast and the staff is really kind

I don’t know how but someone went through my luggage things were moved around and my zippers were in the wrong position. I was rooming by myself😢 I let the front desk know what happened but they didn’t seem that concerned when nothing was stolen

For the prize of the room I do not feel they should charge for parking - the fire alarm went off in the morning so we were not able to sleep in - and from what another guest said it happened the Saturday before as well

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean very beautiful very accommodating. I would stay here 100 more times.

Having to pay extra to park at the hotel, I've stayed there before and didn't have to pay for parking. So what's the deal, I guess I'll be looking for another hotel on my next trip. It's the little things that make or break a deal.
