The room looked exactly like the picture. The bed was very comfortable. (King Suite). I love that there was a jacuzzi inside the room. That was definitely a plus. Everything was clean and tidy. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They gave us some great choices of close-by restaurants.

There were only a couple of things I didn't like. The carpet in the room looked VERY old and the a/c didn't cool the room as cool as we would have liked.

The hotel was clean and the full breakfast is amazing!!! The rooms were nice and the beds we great they weren't to soft or too firm. The staff was amazing, as someone who works in customer service I do have some expectations.

I don't have anything negative to say about the staff or the rooms. The only "negative" things was that breakfast was over at 9 am. So to me that's just super early most people wake up at 8 or 9 to be ready to check out by 11.

We loved the in room jacuzzi and the food was delicious. It was really clean and smelled nice. Very quiet.

The indoor pool wasn’t heated and was cold. Breakfast wasn’t included and no Complimentary coffee.

the pool. chlorine was very strong which hurt my eyes, water was freezing temperature. not enough places to sit while at the pool.

Great location, very clean facilities. We loved that it was within walking distance of several restaurants. We liked that it was a bit off of the interstate/access road, so it felt a little more peaceful and not as chaotic, but it was still super quick to hop back onto the main road. We cannot rate the breakfast because we had to depart before it even opened.

This hotel was in prime location for everything we wanted to do in the "Austin" area. We got a spa tub that was big enough for both of us and central to all our favorite shopping and eating places. The room was big and the spa tub was SO relaxing and romantic. It had a wet bar, which was perfect. Lots of towels and the staff was fantastic. They were able to accomadate our early check-in and our late check out, even at the last minute. Thank you, staff, for making our stay perfect. We'll definitely be coming again.

Absolutely nothing.

Location was set back and quiet, yet convenient to restaurants, shopping and the main highway. The front desk staff were polite and responsive. Overall cleanliness was good. The breakfast was good, and especially as I've been to hotels that advertised breakfast included, yet weren't serving breakfast at all as a COVID-19 precaution.

My complaints are minor really. Breakfast staff one morning were a bit brusque and in a hurry to close shop, and in fact closed the breakfast window before the posted breakfast end-time. The carpet in my room felt sticky under my bare feet, but otherwise looked clean. The room and public areas were all clean and well kept.

Close to the location we where going to the following day.

This hotel needs to be updated seriously, it is still clean hotel but it’s in major need of renovation.

It was very easy to access, less expensive than the surrounding towns and super clean. Easy walk to lots of food options.

The convenience to the Sports Center next door was the selling point for us. We enjoyed the bar in the evenings.

Our bed was awful. It was broken in and we rolled to the middle.
