I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Express , and I must say, the customer service provided by Jasmine was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, Jasmine went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her warm and welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease after a long journey. She was incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with any request or question I had. Whether it was providing local recommendations, arranging transportation, or ensuring my room was perfectly prepared, Jasmine handled everything with professionalism and a genuine smile. Overall, my experience at Holiday Inn Express was exceptional, largely thanks to Jasmine’s dedication and outstanding service. She is a true asset to the hotel, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay. Thank you, Jasmine, for making my visit so special!

Close to the airport, close to diferents restaurants, parking feels safe,people working there were nice ,I loved my room, big enough ,clean, bed was perfect.

I like the separation of the sleeping area from the sitting area where the couch is. If one person wants to go to sleep and the other wants to read a bit before going to bed, the 2nd person can turn on the lamp by the couch and not disturb the sleeper. That's very important for insomniacs.

During breakfast, there were no eggs (pre-made omelets) for quite some time. The worker eventually got about 2 more out, but there was a lack of several things at breakfast, which is unusual for this chain of hotels. This was disappointing.

What I liked about the hotel was its convenient location, with a supermarket, Denny's, and other amenities within walking distance. The hotel was very clean, although it still has a bathtub in the bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which added to the pleasant experience. I liked the hotel and recommend it for a short stay. It's a great option for those needing a comfortable and accessible place to stay.

The bed was very comfortable. I woke up the next morning ref refreshed. Tanisha and Darius was very friendly, professional and exceeded my expectations. Tanisha even referred a lounge where I could get good food, a niece adult beverage and good atmospher

The curtain in the room has brown stain on them. I couldn't get the TV to work and the overnight clerk wasn't very helpful..

Room was clean and comfortable

Lady at breakfast was really rude and even yelled at everyone to leave before the breakfast time was over. She refused to bring more yogurts out and other food even though it was still early and yelled at us to leave so that she could clean. Just a rude person that ruined an good hotel experience

Overall was perfect! Staff was amazing and polite, rooms were ready on time, breakfast was great 👍🏼 environment was nice and peaceful. Also had a little side store which definitely came in handy didn't have to leave anywhere to buy a snack or medicine that was definitely a help! I would definitely recommend Holiday and definitely stay every time I visit Houston with out a doubt!

Breakfast was good as always, and the main reason I always choose Holiday inn Express, convenient and delicious breakfast. BUT the lady serving and cleaning the kitchen was a bit too much, I believe she think, she own holiday inn Express, WHY? As a mother of a 5 y/o child, I let my child to be a bit independent serving his own breakfast and choosing what he wants to have for breakfast, of course always under my supervision, The lady, didn’t let my child press the OK button to start making pancakes. SECOND same lady DENIED SUGAR PACKAGES to my husband 🤣😂😂😂😂 Funny for me but that was a racist encounter to my husband. Thank god I was able to calm him down. Besides that, I’m satisfied with room cleanliness and front desk staff.

Cleaning staff were a bit noisy when they would let doors slam on safety bar to hold door open. it was very loud. Shower curtains were not bit enough to keep spray from reaching floor. We were very careful to extent curtain to cover tub and side wall. Breakfast sandwiches were pretty average.
