This is a great Best Western, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and a lovely setting for breakfast, spacious and a view. There were 3 restaurants within a short walk from hotel which was super helpful and the breakfast was one of the best we have had in America with the breakfast staff being wonderful and making us feel at home.

26 degrees celsius outside, beautiful, warm and sunny and really wanted a swim in the lovely pool, but its closed due to Winter season so we were out of luck...

The lady that was working that evening when I checked in was absolutely the best. We had a small problem in our room, where the TV wasn't working. I called her and she put us in another room. I had left the key in the first room, when I went down to get another key. I received the new key and went back upstairs. I couldn't get in the other room to get out stuff. When I was going to go back downstairs to get another key, she was at the door with a key so I could transfer my stuff. She was so nice and accommodating. She was so nice. I didn't get her name, but she was working on that Friday evening of May 12tj. We got up the next morning for breakfast and it was Awesome. They had the best. Omelettes, that you made your way, waffles, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, cereal, yogurt, fruit, toast and much more. The gentleman was so nice also. I will stay there again when we have to travel in that area.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. My daughter and I were there to go to the Downtown Houston Aquarium and they assisted us in printing our tickets. The next morning at breakfast the staff was kind enough to ask us if we had enjoyed our trip to the Aquarium. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was amazing. Will definitely come back on our next trip to Houston.

Very clean premises. The entire building was tidy and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was quiet for the most part and the staff was great. The pool was tiny but that wasn’t an issue for me.

Location wasn’t great but the building was nestled behind another business so it was quite none the less.

Everything!! The staff is amazing and their breakfast is out of this world. Such a well kept hotel, clean, not a bug in sight! Rooms are HUGE, clean and comfy. It’s so quiet.

Great location, right off the highway easy to find and navigate. Also very clean and quiet id definitely book here again should i be in the area again

The tap water is really bad and the vending machines dont really work so its hard to get good water but thats not a problem if youre okay with tap water

Property was cleaned, looks renewed, great price and breakfast was pretty decent.

The room was so humid and smelling bad because the a/c filters were super extra dirty and stuck at a point I had to remove and clean them.

Everyone was so nice , hotel was clean , and it was quiet and in a great location

Breakfast was terrible 1hr late ,but we understand that not many folks stayed that night, too bad great people and location

The breakfast was good for the exception of the mini waffles.
