The soap in the shower is Dove brand and it was great! The front desk supplied towels as requested. There are a few fast food restaurants near.

There was a roach crawling on the wall in my room.

The staff was by far the very best. They were super friendly and helpful. The staff at this location is top quality.

The only thing I would have to say that was a bummer was the pool was closed. It is November so I get why that might be but it's November in Texas. It wasn't a deal breaker nor is it uncommon for pools to be closed in November.

The location of the hotel is right by the road and traffic was loud throughout the night. The walls and windows are very thin and there were a group of people being loud and smoking outside all night long. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it smelled like sewage in the hallway. The gentleman who was there when we checked out was a little rude- we asked for a receipt when we checked out which we normally do but I forgot (this was the first time) I booked through this website and he said you got one through this website and rolled his eyes at me like I was dumb.

Property was very clean love the fact they had Security in the parking lot. Very welcoming, will definitely be staying here again.

I loved everything, my comfort was validated. The beds were super comfortable and welcoming, I fell asleep super quick which doesn’t happen often. If I must say something I would say although the breakfast was very delicious there were no grits, I was a bit upset about that but everything else was very well prepared and tasted delicious.

Cleanliness. Room and building overall was very clean and well maintained.

Breakfast is until 930am. Went down at 845-9 all three mornings and hardly any food left and none brought out for folks wanting/needing to eat during the last half hour of breakfast time.

The breakfast was good for a Holiday Inn Express. Various egg options, pancakes, toast, biscuits, etc. The offerings changed slightly from day to day. Room was comfortable and fairly quiet. Hotel seemed safe, and staff were attentive.

Location was great about 15 minutes from airport! Pool was open for kiddo comfy beds clean rooms

They ran out of clean towels, they locked my key card a day earlier then when I got to the desk it was you check out tomorrow right …. Yes that’s the reservation and that’s what I paid for!

it was clean and comfortable at a decent price. the people there were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Also, the prices in the snack bar were quite reasonable, as many other hotels choose to hike up their prices.

the name on Booking.com led us to a different Holiday Inn that really was on I-45. this one is between I-45 and the toll road on 1960. maybe consider renaming it on booking.com
