This hotel is a suite with a kitchen. I hadn't expected it and there was a Fuddruckers just across from the hotel parking so quite convenient to it and to getting on the I-10 Katy Fwy. I would have like to have someone in reception when I left at 7:15 a.m. to get a printed receipt but there wasn't anyone there.

Rooms were very clean. Lovely little and fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dish washer and 2-burner electric stovetop. Because of the nice kitchen, there is no breakfast at the hotel. It was really meant for extended stay people but the location was fantastic for heading west out of Houston. The area also has many restaurants and shopping.

Location and staff were great. Overall stay was great and would recommend.

Only one thing: the staff complained about people putting their bagged trash at their doors in the early morning or late night. I stayed there for six weeks and housekeeping was done once weekly so you trash built up during the week. I thought it was reasonable to put your bagged trash at the door for pick up to keep it out of the room but apparently the cleaning staff wasn’t there to clean because a notice went up towards the end of my stay.

There was a little mix up with my length of stay. However , the young lady at the front desk to care of me. I really like this location and it was pretty quiet for a weekend stay.

The only thing I didn't like was my shower head had alot of build up so the water was coming out like a pressure washer. Other than that everything was really good.

I have traveled to Houston more times that I can count, and I can say that this place is a hidden-gem in Houston. If you are by the Memorial area, it is a great find. Close to various restaurants, extremely courteous staff, cleaned neat, amenities in order and well taken care of. There was no need to ask for dining and cooking materials because it was all already available in the room. Free coffee is a great plus because nowadays in the U.S. it is nearly impossible to find that courtesy unless you are in a very high end and expensive hotel. Internet worked properly.

There was only two things. 1) the shower had too much of a "thin" water flux, meaning that the water felt like needles on the skin. It may bother small children or people with certain conditions. That should be an easy fix to the hotel. 2) the location. This is not the fault of the hotel, however, it is very far from the airport. It is at least 2 hours by bus if you are very lucky, and who knows how much by Uber/Taxi (perhaps $80-$100?). Moreover, the area is poorly connected with the touristic areas by public transportation. Hence, if you do not intend to rent a car, it may be a struggle to get to and from places. The area itself is great in terms of quality, but if you are going for tourism it will likely make things difficult if you don't rent a vehicle.

I love everything about this hotel the staff are very nice & helpful, the hotel itself is very very clean, it's quiet & I felt very safe with the camera's & constables patrolling the parking lot not having to worry about any car break ins, its very convenient with the wifi access & being able to hardwire to work from my computer & the best of it all its in the middle of the memorial shopping center everything is near

The pricing it could be a bit more cheaper after paying for 3 nights

It was quiet and comfortable. Staff was excellent in supplies.one thing ! Texas does everything big!!!what happen to their toilet!! Side joke!! I really enjoy my self!!! Will book again.

Seems to be a tad bit outdated. 1 elevator. Only Queen size beds available when I try to book, beds not too comfortable.

Everything!!!!!! This place is wonderful in every way possible!!!!! It has truly become a favorite getaway spot for us 💕‼️

Wish they had breakfast and just know ahead of time there is a $50 deposit that is required but it refunded upon check out.

The entire staff from Sandy to Jennifer, I may have forgotten the names, but everyone and everyone was extremely friendly, supportive and kind. I would definitely stay again. Jennifer also offered corporate discounted rates so talk to her.

Windows. It doesn’t open as much as we would like for fresh air.
