I originally had booked another hotel. I had traveled for a work event. Upon arrival to my original hotel, I discovered that they were experiencing electrical problems. I cancellated that reservation. After 7+ hours of traveling I had to try to find another hotel on the same weekend T Swift was performing in Houston and all hotels were booked. I was so thankful that this hotel was available. They saved me from having to travel back to Louisiana.

There is nothing that I did not like. The Staff was great. The room was very clean. I had everything that I needed in my room.

Loved the easy access via skybridge to mall. Room was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Very clean. Staff answered questions and I could tell really wanted to help or provide solutions. We also lived the rooftop pool. This will be our go-to hotel in Houston!!

Well, this is my second time I stayed in this great hotel, very comfortable, many shops and restaurants around you, nice shopping mall in front of the hotel. My only choice in Houston

One night the AC was out of service, but that was an emergency. But all good

Beautiful and perfect location. Hotel is connected to mall and memorial hospital. Location is PERFECT, you can walk across sky Bridge to mall and then City centre is about 5 mins away from hotel. Atmosphere is WONDERFUL, I LOVED IT. Hotel is very nice but BORING, which is ok but i like staying at hotels that have LIFE.

The room was ok, bed sheets were dirty so immediately i had to call and complain blinds were broken so we couldn't let the shades up but they sent someone to have everything fixed within 10 minutes. When we showered black mold started falling off the tiles so with that being said we probably won't stay here again.

I have always stayed at the property since it is central to my business. The location is good and easily accessible by car with self parking.

In the past it was pet friendly and there was no extra fee. This time I was charged an additional cleaning charge that I was not aware of until check out. This fee will deter me from staying there again!

The location was amazing, linked to nice shopping mall, all restaurants around you. very good for business stay, the area very quiet

the room felt spa like, which was greatly appreciated! from valet, to check in/out & the dining/cocktail lounge, everything was absolutely efficient & seamless.

Location was great. Mall across the street. Walking distance to a nice restaurant.

A little pricey. Cheaper would have been 10 star. Paid parking for guests is a no no.

Great location close to my office; everything you'd expect from a Westin hotel.

Had to ask for the internet charge to be removed from my bill as I'm a Bonvoy member. Should be automatic. And I'm really not a fan of extra charges for internet in the first place.
