Cleanliness and front desk staff are very co operative, though some house keeping staff didn’t understand English so communication was bit difficult, but they tried their best to intract😊

I stayed for 7 days and Breakfast was good with limited menu scrambled eggs ,fried potatoes, pork sausages, breads, yogurt, muffins , banana, apple,tea/ coffee and 2 juices, but every day they served the same breakfast and when I requested the staff to do some variation in menu, they said it’s not possible. 😠. It’s boring to have same breakfast everyday especially when you are travelling and staying for a longer stay.

If your event is at NRG Stadium, this is the place to stay. It is just a short 5 minute walk to the stadium. The staff was very accommodating with parking. Check out was at 11, our event was over at 4pm and we were allowed to leave our vehicle in the lot.

Traffic getting out of the area was a little congested. We were patient and just waited for the traffic to die down before we headed out, so it wasn't a big issue for us. You could always leave a bit earlier from your event. Also, some of the rooms are a very, very long walk from any exits/entrances. Again, not a deal breaker for us.

Great location. Close to the stadium and many dining options. Rooms are adequately sized, large parking lots around the building with plenty of parking. Lobby was very open and updated. Great spaces to sit and socialize with other friends who are also staying in the same hotel. Gated parking lots were a nice bonus.

Rooms were very dated. TV reception was not very good and continually went out. Security of outer doors left much to be desired. The doors at the end of the halls to exit to the parking lots did not lock and were easily opened by anyone without a key card.

Hotel clerk was nice! She had a line and was by herself she handled it well! Super customer service and friendly. I’d definitely recommend this hotel! I’d come back as well with my family.

We asked for an extended stay and housekeeping kept coming asking us when we were leaving! Suggested we take our items to the lobby and wait if we weren’t leaving yet so they could clean! Walked in once at 12 know I told her a hour before we paid till 1pm

Location was fantastic. Easy to walk to NRG stadium, close to freeways easy to get to other places that we were going to. Hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly. Price was exceptional when compared to compatible hotels in area. Room was ready early

Breakfast was poor- eggs were runny, muffins were cold, limited drink selection Room was fair - mattresses were hard, air conditioner was extremely loud had to turn it off at night to sleep making room muggy, no refrigerator in room only empty space for it, outlet in bathroom didn’t work,

The location was superb. The lobby was nice and clean and the breakfast availability was nice with good options. The staff I encountered during every shift was nice and accommodating. Overall a good experience.

The fact that there is a door that does not open was mind blowing. The lighting is horrible in the rooms and the bed was hard, hard to me and not comfortable. The rooms need upgrades. It seems the hotel room wise is an older hotel. Make them look like the lobby, the two should match. This explains why the room was affordable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were there to attend the rodeo and the hotel is super close to NRG Stadium and the walk was secure. There was plenty parking available to hotel guests.

Carpet and curtains are old and need replacing. Rooms need to be repainted. Elevators were small and old so they made noise going up and down.

Perfect if your wanting to be right by NRG Stadium and other Houston activities in the city it was not a bad location at all our stay was comfortable and a good budget friendly option if that’s what your looking for I would stay here again.

the distance to NRG stadium it was a nice walk. Also the beds were comfortable

The main issue is they have one entrance and exit for both the Wyndam and Wingate would be better to have an entrance and an exit at different areas. The Ed Sheeran concert let out and it took about 2 hours for all traffic to disappear it was hard for people who were coming in to actually turn in with the amount of traffic behind them so they had to wait.

Location according to the venue, the pool and outside area, and well lighted parking lot.

The only thing was the shower floor which felt like it had water in the floor. It may of been manufactured that way, but it felt like you’re unbalanced in the shower
