The hotel was clean and polite front desk staff.

The facilities were fine, but seriously, the hotel management needs to get their act together. Those white window curtains couldn't even block out the damn parking lot lights, turning my bedroom into a bright, sleep-depriving nightmare. For someone like me who needs complete darkness, it was beyond frustrating. They better replace those curtains ASAP if they want any decent reviews for comfort-looking people like me. The TV was not working.

Very low-key privately placed in between las colinas and Irving. It's a great place to stay if want to stay out of the way. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms clean and the breakfast was awesome. They have free popcorn out some days and cookies and snacks on other days. I'll definitely be back.

Geoffrey was excellent at speaking with customers. He was a lot of fun to talk to. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff were all pleasant.

The couch was not very comfortable. I attempted to sleep on it, unsuccessfully. It was also too firm for sitting to enjoy it. Both couch mode and bed mode was impossible toning comfort on.

Carol and other front office staff have been very helpful. They kept the room very clean and there were no issues and I had a very peaceful time and relaxing stay. They were very responsive and friendly.

we went to see a Megadeth concert.We stayed 2 nights.Great location for the concert.The staff was friendly.The room was clean & the free breakfast was very good!

I liked how it included breakfast and the staff was nice and informative. the bed was soft and comfortable and the room had no major problems during my stay. I loved how my room was clean and had not uninvited guests haha. I also liked how the layout of the hotel was. very mellow vibe about it.

I didn’t like how the elevator was iffy sometimes and gave me anxiety about if it would stop working or not haha. I also have slight trouble with the shower handle and how the temperature was backwards. the room temp was completely okay but it didn’t get as cold as I thought it would when I turned the temperature down but overall wasn’t a big issue as I wasn’t burning up in the room.

I didn't get a copy of my receipt. For both my rooms. I would still like a copy for my records. Hope you can accommodate. Thanks we did have a lovely time.

Staff is super helpful and friendly, they always have a smile and offer assistance if you need it. Breakfast is basic but good. Great value for the stay in the area.

The building is just older. Needs some new hardware and some cosmetic fixes, but overall comfortable.

There seems to be a shortage on towels and wash rags. Had to ask three different days and never got exactly what was needed. Staff was super friendly though.

the mattress and pillows were unexpectedly comfortable and had an extra space in the room with couch and table.
