This was by far the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was huge and the bed/furniture was really comfortable. Everywhere we went in the hotel it not only smelled clean but looked cleaned. The hotel is close to the interstate however you would never know! The room was very well insulated and we never even heard another guest or their TV if they had it on.

Nothing! There is nothing negative about this hotel and was the best hotel I've ever been in!

The property is close to many restaurants and the shopping mall. As soon as I arrived, the front desk clerk was there to help me with the check in. Then she explained where the room was. Breakfast hours and other services. The room was pleasant and comfortable the A/C was quiet.

The breakfast wasn’t quite plenty of food but it was good though. My wife was waiting for the meat by it never came out so we left before she got some of it.

The room that we were in was huge! Lighting was great. Easy to access ad the room looked like it was recently renovated. The smell when you walk into the hotel was heavenly.

The free breakfast was okay. I'm not sure if that was because we got up and went down to eat and they were only open for 1 hour and a half more or what. I wish there was more variety.

The hotel was very clean and front office ppl very friendly and respectful. Our room wasn’t quite ready and they invite us to sit in a very comfortable area and wait.

There is nothing not to like. I had appt at nearby medical facility n it’s very close plus many restaurants around. Walking distance to Dennys from hotel.

Staff was great. We had to check in late and they were very welcoming. Location is amazing - close to the mall, a Walmart, a Goodwill and a Dollar Tree! The room was very spacious and the beds were super comfortable! Breakfast was ok - just enough to get you going for the day.

I think our room needed a maintenance check - the temperature did not regulate and our room stayed very warm.

Thought the room was very nice and updated. Very comfortable.

The floor was cold and missed having some carpet under my feet. I know the LVF is practical for the hotel, but getting from bed to bathroom without socks or house shoes, floor was cold.

Just renovated. Very clean. They had not the room we booked so the man at the desk upgraded us to a suite. Sorry that we don’t know his name. Very close of a delicious Italian restaurant : Antonina.

There was no luggage cart. We had to empty our car in two time

David (at the front desk) was very helpful, super kind, and extremely accommodating! I really appreciated his attention to detail and his desire to make sure we felt comfortable and cared for. He came to the room to help with the cable box and remote when we couldn't get our TV to work properly. He even offered to set us out a breakfast plate/"to go" sack a bit early since we had to leave before breakfast was served. What a gem!

The room could've been cleaner. The bathroom had something on the wall near the toilet, and part of the wall was coming off in the bathroom. The corners of the shower were grimy and the high touch areas of the room were kind of dirty (remote, fixtures). I wiped down the room with my own wipes to be sure things were clean. The bed and sheets were very clean, so no worries there.

It was close to all amenities in the town shopping dining and entertainment

We weren’t able to check in early and the room size I orders we didn’t get it we wanted a king suite and ended up with two queen beds instead

Shuttle was booked to get to the wedding I needed to attend. Nowhere did I see that you needed to book it in advance. There are stains on the carpet. Tub/shower was slippery. Whatever is on the bottom didn't help
