The location was right off a main highway. Many eats and shopping all around. Receptionist was very polite and attentive. Pool was open and the water was great. I loved the cook at breakfast. He has a great personality. Always smiling and joking with everyone. He made my breakfast SO joyful. I REALLY enjoyed my morning. All and all a great staff!!!

The entrances and exit to the pool were confusing. There were no towels to dry off in the pool area. The restroom to the pool was closed. I had to slosh all the way to use the lobby one. I made a mess (water everywhere).

The front manager, I think her name was Jasmine, was extremely nice and professional. She helped us with the downgraded room and made sure we were compensated for the inconvenience. Hotel wasn’t all that but would definitely stay again because of her kindness.

Booked on booking.com. When we arrived we were informed that our room that we reserved was not available and was downgraded. This was an inconvenience because we needed the couches for the kids.

Remodeling results good, bed was comfortable as well as pillows and sheets. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with toiletries.

Elevators and hallways smelled heavily to marijuana odors as well as in the stairwells and the fitness room. Staff was not very customer service friendly when it came to check out and getting my receipt for the stay, I was told to wait for management that had left the property but since I'm a truck driver and I needed to be on the road I was not giving my receipt and having to wait an hour or more for management to return was unexcusable.

The breakfast was excellent. The man preparing it was very accommodating and friendly. Conversed with the customers nicely. I believe they all enjoyed his company while they were having breakfast. Holiday Inn should find more people like him to employ. He was outstanding. I can't remember his name. He was a tall black gentleman with very nice personality.

Everything was good.

Beautiful room. Great bed. Delicious breakfast. Everything we needed for a 2 night stay. The staff was kind and helpful. I will definitely stay at this Holiday Inn Express again.

The only problem we had was the TV was not operating properly. The Assistant Manager came to the room and fixed the problem in a few minutes.

Great location near shopping and restaurants

Bathroom and shower specifically had issues. In order to have a warm shower, we had to let the water run about 15 minutes. This happened every time either one of us showered. Very slow to heat up. And never enough hot water. Also the lighting over the vanity seemed dim. Not very bright.

Staff was kind. Breakfast was nice.

I booked through you (Booking.com) this hotel to get two beds. When we came they gave us a room with one kingsize bed, blaming the external party we booked through. That doesnt help me. Don't sell rooms with two beds if you cannot deliver. This was not fixed the second night either. Only third night. Had to share bed with my 13 yo daughter. Ok for me. Not for her!

Clean facilities

The only complaint that I have is our room was on the 1st floor next to kitchen area. Therefore it was loud either way staff doing their jobs and smelling bacon at 4am. It was so noisy and I wouldn’t recommend being on the 1st floor next to kitchen/laundry facility.

The rooms in the front of the hotel were noisy because they face the highway. We were moved to another room the next night in the back of the hotel and it was perfect.

Great location for our visit. Bed slept very well. Hot breakfast had great variety and tasted very good. Friendly and attentive staff.

Took about 30 minutes for our shower to have hot water. Had to let water run a long time to heat it up. Also, dead bolt on our room entry door was not working correctly. Reported issues to front desk at checkout and was told repairs and work currently being done at this facility.
