The location

When we arrive I did not find the card I used to make the reservation, the front desk attendant told me I can not use other payment method and it was 5 minutes before the check in time and he did not want to start with my check in process because "it wasn't time", and I have to wait to be attended, but then, I went to my car to pick up my ID and when I came back less than a minute after, he was making check in to other family that arrived after me.... That was not big deal but I was supprised with the difference on the attitude between one customer to other.

Being close to the expressway caused us to hear cars traveling on the expressway during the night until late.

Website needs better clarification in the difference between regular queen and deluxe queen. Both had microwaves and refrigerators so couldn't tell the difference between the two.

Enjoyed the breakfast and social hour. Staff was friendly and interacted with us. Exercise and snack rooms were good.

Bathroom was a little too small. Barely any room to get into the bathroom to shut the door.

Over all everything was great. I how ever needed a handicap room(I am in a wheelchair)and recieved a hearing impaired room. Was difficult to use restroom, shower. Everything else was fine.

I didn't get the room I needed, seeing as I am in a wheelchair and got a hearing impaired room.

we have stayed there before and we were pleased so this is the hotel we use when comming into town.

Hot tub was cold, A family was put next to us with very noisy children and a crying baby, we are seniors and needed some rest after a long ride, went to the desk and asked if they could move them, they did nothing and we listened to a baby cry alot during the night not much rest there,,,,

It was my 7th stay in a Drury Inn & Suite in 2022. It was always an enjoyable stay.

I have selected a room with a balcony. The balcony was very small, no chair available and full of birds dropping. Therefore, the balcony is of no use.

Breakfasts were delicious. Staffing pleasant and helpful. Coffee not greatest but okay

Clean room and clean facility

The extra 50 dlr deposit for damages. They gave it back a week later but it wasn't necessary , i always stay in the same hotel and never had problems or damages done.

Very clean and neat. Nice breakfast and happy hour. Kind people. Of courst I'll come again.

There were no bottle of water in the room

Staff was very in tune with all the guests needs! It was a busy weekend & all was great...loved happy hour & breakfast!!!
