The staff were very nice and accommodated. Erin went out of his way to make us happy, and he never hesitated. Gabby is also very helpful in adding another day for us to stay with a very pleasant voice. Yvonne, Lisa, Crystal, Pedro, and shelly are great people always willing to help.

The pool area is very humid, with no circulation and zaccuzi not working. The laundry area is not kept up. Needed sweeping only of all the lint drops that people leave.

Great variety for all the family. My favorite eggs and refried beans with hot sauce. Everything looked fresh and delicious.

The sheets looked clean but I itched and even after I put a clean towel on the bed I still itch. I figured I was just sensitive to the laundry chemicals they used to wash the sheets. I was able to get a good night sleep. I’m 76 and I will probably come back again.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable. I would have liked a softer, more comfortable bed. Breakfast - When my friend went downstairs to get breakfast the last morning we were there, he went down 2 different times to get breakfast. The 1st time he was able to get a little bit of breakfast for me and then he went down again to get him some breakfast for himself and it was totally out. He waited a bit to see if they were going to put some more out and they never did while he was waiting.

Hotel was very clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. Hotel had a complimentary breakfast with the works...waffles were the best part, but the breakfast bar was always stocked and fresh. Our room had coffee, mini fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean! The only issue I had for our stay was that when I booked I requested a room with a bathtub but when we arrived the hotel was completely booked and the room they had set for us only had a shower ... it was a large shower but I was looking forward to a relaxing soak...we did use the hot tub and pool which were clean and usable... this hotel was approximately 15 to 20 minutes from down town San Antonio and just a few minutes from a few fast food joints...and 15 minutes from the At&t center...overall we will be booking this hotel again in the future!

I didn't like that our room was only equipped with a shower...everything else was nice

Check-in was very good. Christain R did an amazing job. Very friendly and very helpful. The gentleman who worked the next shift after him was also very helpful and friendly. This person and I wish I would have gotten his name honored the same price I had gotten online because I needed to stay a little longer than I booked for. Breakfast was amazing. The food was very fresh and well stocked. The ladies did great. Cleanliness of room. Very clean, the cleaning staff did great..

As mentioned earlier, I needed to stay a little longer than I booked. I thought I needed only one night, but I really needed two. So the first extra night, the gentleman was very helpful and did honor the price. I realized I was going to need one more night to help my daughter move.. This would have been on 30 November. There was an older gentleman who was working the desk, NOT very friendly, or helpful. He charged me $14.00 more and checked me out without even telling me. I found out by going back to Christian that I was checked out , so I had to check back in.It's not very nice if you ask me! Because of Christian and the person that took over the shift right after him. I gave a high rating. The older gentleman is lucky I didn't do it on him!

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. She told us where all the amenities were, including the pool (and it was cold outside...lol). The room was clean and just the right size for the three of us. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked great, no complicated faucet to deal with. We had a very comfortable night. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of items to choose from. We'll definitely stay here again if we're ever in the area.

Getting into the hotel was a bit confusing, not sure if it was due to some unfinished construction.

The hotel was overall really good, according of what we paid. The check in was really fast, the room was ready and clean when we arrived. The lobby, dining room and restrooms were really clean. The rooms have TV, microwave, mini fridge, everything what you will need. The a/c worked perfectly. The bed was so much comfortable and they cleaned our room all days, and left clean towels. Really quiet hotel, and located near main highways. The breakfast was from 6:30am-9am, and it was really good and complete. It has free parking and ever when we arrived at midnight one night, we found a good near parking spot. The check out was really fast too.

The room had a strong musty smell everytime we entered the room, located mainly between the door and the bathroom. I found a roach on the desk the second night when we arrived, but it's Texas, so we know that's really common. The elevator needs maintenance. The vending machines were not working at all, the one on the first floor and the one in the 4th floor too. We had to go to the gas station next to the hotel if we wanted something. The carpet had a pink stain next to the bed. Our room didn't have a safe box, I don't know if any of the other rooms had one. And our door lock (level handleset) wasn't working at all, we have to depend only on the lock guard that left a limited door opening.

Convenient location

Strange smell when we entered the room and a melted area on the carpet near the bed. There was a sharp point where the the carpet met the tile floor. The shower curtain needs to be longer to keep the floor from getting wet.

The staff were very friendly....maybe not so much the breakfast server who made a smart remark when I asked if i can have 2 items, then I asked for the 3rd and she reacted with "so you want all 3 then?" With a little bit of an attitude. The room was cleaned well, the location was great with a Jack in the box right next to it and convenience store. Lobby was nicely decorated for Halloween and due to shower head issues in the morning, they allowed us to extend our check out time to 12pm.

There were 2 of us on reservation for 1 night. We got there at 3pm, so showered that night and again in the morning but were left with only 2 large towels, 2 hand towels, 1 floor towel, and 1 wash cloth. I would have preferred at least 4 large towels to 2 days of bathing and 2-4 wash cloths for showering. The desk chair upholstery needs to be cleaned. Looks very dirty, but more stained than anything. Refused to sit on or or place anything on it. The indoor pool was being worked on so could not use. Would be nice to know these things when booking versus after the fact.

Hotel always clean Front desk & all other staff very friendly Breckfest is food.. Asked for a room on the upper floor, and we were given it with no problem or upper charge.

Limited hotel water . We had to take a quick shower before water got to cold.
