Friendly staff, great lobby to just kick back and enjoy a drink from the bar. Very comfortable bed and very clean room. Breakfast was good & there are a few restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely come back when we are in San Antonio .

The breakfast was good but the serving area is small & narrow. For some reason, we couldn't use the fitness room. Although it's temporary , a lot of construction made it hard to get there & around the hotel, it's still being developed so there is more construction of condos & restaurants . It's a good facility now & in a year or so when all the construction is completed it will definitely be GREAT !

The hotel is really nice, large, and spacious. We felt very safe and comfortable at all times. Parking is plentiful and it seemed secure. The staff is great. We liked the size of the room, cleanliness, and the beds were comfortable. We had a great night sleep most of the nights we were there. You will find a cigar lounge and a restaurant/bar with live music across the street. The hotel has a small pool for the kids. For the adults, there is a nice bar in the lobby with nice options. Breakfast is offered although we never had it. The bar has free drinks to guests from 5-7 both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Overall it is a very nice hotel. We used to stay closer to down town, but we will staying here moving forward when we are in SA.

The hotel is further North West. If you are on a quiet relaxing family trip this is perfect. If you want to get in the city and enjoy the night life it is a bit of a trek. One night we were startled by an employee knocking on the door at 3AM asking to come in due to a fire alarm. I called the front desk, confirmed and let them in. They verified no smoke no fire etc in the room but it was a pretty bad experience for my wife and 4 kids. I spoke to the manager on site and expressed my dissatisfaction and she was extremely nice and understanding. It was a negative experience, but I am sure it may have been a one off. Definitely not keeping us from staying here in the future.

The hotel was very nice and new. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were given a handicap room even though we didn’t request one. Unfortunately, there was a very bad sewage smell coming from the bathroom floor drain. Luckily, we just stayed one night. The front desk was notified. Hopefully it will get fixed for the next guest.

Location and practical.

Tried to get something from the restaurant but no one came to wait on us even though I approached the bar attendant ( lady) who said she was sending someone over to wait on us but after 20 mins we went somewhere else.. Don’t know why that happen?? Front desk people could be more helpful. At least the bar person ( man) was very friendly when we ordered a drink.

The property was perfect for our family vacation it exceeded our expectations . I have stayed at a lot of Embassy’s and the Embassy San Antonio Landmark was by far the best Embassy Suites I have ever had the pleasure to stay at. Everything was perfect from the time my family stepped through the door and it continued throughout our 5 day stay. I would rate this experience a 10/10 and recommend this hotel to anyone. Can’t wait to come back!!!!

I had absolutely no complaints

My stay here with my family was very enjoyable and we can’t wait to experience it again! Our room was clean and equipped with all sorts of essentials. An important asset I consider in my stay is the customer service and it was outstanding! Luis from reception was very friendly and communicated with us through the messaging app for any further questions or assistance during our stay. Each morning we had their breakfast where we had so many delicious options to choose from which was very convenient as both my kids are very picky. Patty from the breakfast area was very hospitable. She took care of us by helping us find our way around the breakfast hall and would revisit to see if we needed anything else. We were one of the last people to have breakfast on our last day here and she helped us grab a snack and drink to-go for our kids which was incredibly nice and appreciated. She truly made us feel at home and welcomed.

Breakfast was very good. Made to order omlettes were the best! On the downside, some of the other items were OK but not great. The dried cranberries to put in oatmeal for example were so old and chewy they were close to inedible. Bacon also a bit undercooked (that said I do like my bacon crispy).

Service on happy hour wings I ordered off the menu took forever. Looked like one group had a massive food order so Im sure that had something to do with it.

Breakfast on Monday, May 27; the quality was not good, as well as the fact that the hotel was booked almost to the point where there was a long line to wait for the food and the staff was closing doors at 930am; we were not able to get more breakfast for the ones who had been waiting in line since 900am.

This hotel offers an awesome full breakfast for free. It's includes everything from pancakes and omelets. There is also a free reception with free drinks in the evening

I think something was going on with the elevators. We were only able to use 2 elevators for the entire stay. Sometimes, we had to wait in line to get to our rooms or leave

The breakfast was amazing, my favorite part was the freshly made omelets. I also love that they have a later check out time than most hotels (12pm). The beds were comfortable and the room was beautiful and clean.

I had booked a king suite but when I arrived there were no more king suites available and the front desk worker told me they were going to give me a free upgrade to a two queen bed room but I explained to her that it was not an upgrade to me bc it was only my husband and I so we would be having to squeeze into a smaller bed. All she said was she was sorry. On top of that we later found out our tv in the living area didnt work. Fortunately when I went to check out in the morning I explained my situation again to the new front desk worker, and he gave me half off my stay which I was very grateful for. All in all, I will definitely be coming back to embassy suites again I even went ahead and signed up for their rewards program.
