Breakfast was good, pool was okay.

I didn't like it when I requested another set of towels. There was an excuse that someone who had that key to that closet wasn't there till the next day. When that's the same excuse I heard at the Hampton Inn location at the airport area in San Antonio 😒

Very nice and clean breakfast was great. Thank you Hampton inn look forward to booking again.

Was told there was a $25 deposit when I had my reservation it did not say anything about a $25 deposit. Still waiting on my $25 deposit to be returned to my account.

Everything was perfect, the front desk agent Abby was very nice and helpful. The room was bigger than we thought it would be and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the AC was very cold and that's good in this Texas heat. We will be back again for another stay.

Big bed/room, Cleanliness, Morning breakfast, Gym and pool, friendly staff

Did have any service for towels, was there for 4 nights and only had the 4 towels/rags for me and my wife, had to ask for more and didnt have much available. WIFI was down for a good portion of the day. Had power outage for 2 hrs with no one contacting me on what was going on. Didnt have any type of welcome book in the room to show us any of the annemities, places close by to eat and etc. Could maybe put a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge. Not much of a vending area.

Room-Service should not be something you have to proactively order and not offered as a "complimentary service" - it should be a given.

The staff was great! I had forgot to mention I was handicapped when I booked my room. So late the night before my stay I called the front desk to inquire if I could have a room on the first floor near the front desk , I was traveling alone , So James in particular was so kind, professional and very helpful! He was on the phone with me for a few minutes trying to get a room for me on the first floor , all the rooms were booked but he said he would work with the morning staff to see what he could do to get my room changed , I walk with a cane and when I asked for a room near the front desk after I was already given a room on the top floor in the back , he went above and beyond to help me get an accessible room! I was very great full because I knew there were no rooms available at the time I called. He happened to be there at check out and he hadn’t met me but he saw I was walking with a cane and asked if I was the person that called the night before and was the room accommodating ! It was so nice to see how concerned he was ! It really made a very difficult trip better to see caring staff. He is an asset to the property and the best part of the stay . It’s hard to find such caring people these days Thank you James.

It was old , needed an update carpet was torn and room looked tired and the area was not great. but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable . The whole facility was very clean and that was another big positive . I had stay at the Hampton inn in shertz a few times in the past that’s the one I usually stay in when I have to come to San Antonio , it had been a couple of years so I got the address mixed up I had mistakenly booked this one . I am more comfortable in that area. But I didn’t have to leave my room so it was ok just really needs new carpet, furnishing etc .
