The location Lamp shades were dirty Tub was clean but walls in restroom were dirty

The hotel staff are very personable. You are greeted every time you walk in or out of the lobby. It is not a difficult task at all to extend your stay. This is an older property, but it is a very clean, comfortable place to rest. I booked 2 rooms for three nights for four adults on the ground floor due to disabilities. We needed a place to stay while we moved out of one house. The new house wasn't available. When the AC in our current home quit working the day before our booked stay, the staff was easily able to extend our stay a day before and a day after. The AC here at the Super 8 was excellent. I'd call it the best remedy for the Texas heat! The rates were reasonable. I will recommend this Super 8 to those looking for a quiet, comfortable, affordable place to stay.

The only thing I didn't like has nothing to do with this hotel. It is such a comfortable place to rest, I was a little sad that we couldn't sleep in!

I went from 'Like' to 'Love' the Moment I walked up to check-in. Everything about this business says Thank you for being our guest, To welcome and enjoy your stay. And PLEASE COME BACK ! I stayed the past two months in a hotel not far from this location. The desk clerk's are nice at that hotel. But, The difference between the Super 8-Wydham 11027 N-Interstate location in San Antonio, Tx.,78233 and my old hotel is Night and day. Sam, The Manager while checking in saw from my work clothes that gave him a inkling that he my inquire if I stayed for work and then proceeded to quote me a dealing that would make it easier for me to check in and out and depend on a rate that would not change. The other Establishment. Took an entire month and no one brought to my attention any type of special rates until, I brought it up. The Rooms surprised me to be in nicer condition than I thought with the age of the location. Every person here Sincerely Has the face your brand wishes to be representative of Wyndham(Hilton). And it all Starts with Sam the manager. He is a excellent leader not manager but, Leader. A leader inspires his associates to know why things are at work, And why he is choosing to work there and what inspires him about his job in turn, Hopefully light a purpose for them as associates to want to be there and strive for better than their best. And if they have a stake in the family running of it ! Then, They are all in agreence with true customer service via Real Hospitality. P.s. Everyone remembered me from my initial visit. The bed was super comfortable. The room was clean and the staff were super nice. We arrived about an hour earlier and they accommodated us with no problems. We did not get to the pool but it was clear and clean.

The building is old so there are a few little things like paint scratches on the side of the door and one of our curtains was missing a hook. There is a bit of noise from the highway out front but all in all not bad.

Everything. Kind, positive staff. Comfortable bed. Clean rooms. Great breakfast. Big TV. Adequate air conditioning. Microwave, large refrigerator and safe. Hair dryer. Granite style tabletops. Wood style floor, not carpet. Good maintenance, mechanically and chemically. Exceptional lighting. Working smoke detector. Well planned modern bathroom layout 3 star luxury at budget price. My new choice for my visits to San Antonio.

The friendly staff and how clean everything was. The bed was super comfortable and housekeeping service was great.

You could hear noise in the hallway through the gap in the door and noise at the pool through the window.

The staff was very nice as well as helpful. There were stores nearby, I didn't have to worry about much there.

The fact that I missed breakfast most of my stay due to oversleep.

It was last minute and I got a double room, they transferred me the next to a King size room. Which was great! The bed were so comfortable. Very clean the room was, and I truly enjoyed my 2 day stay. The workers at the front desks were great! Housekeeping was friendly very polite. And they offered assistance.
