Great location, right on the riverwalk and an easy walk to The Alamo which we really enjoyed. Parking in the hotel itself was easy and plentiful, check-in staff member was very friendly, hotel and surrounding area were very quiet and the room was clean and comfortable.

The restaurant for dinner was very disappointing. When we arrived we had to wait for too long to be welcomed and had to ask if we could actually order some food. We seemed to be the only ones eating but the food took ages to arrive and was not very appealing. Also no room service option available. Some information at reception about local attractions would have useful.

Went with the balcony view room and it was very nice. Bed was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and nice. It was a half block walk to the Riverwalk which was terrific. On site parking was nice as I didn’t have to use public parking. The downstairs bar had happy hour and we were able to purchase a full bottle of champagne for New Years there.

Breakfast was buffet style but not free it was $20 plus per person. So we didn’t eat there. We skipped breakfast but used the in room coffee until we could go to the Riverwalk for brunch. Parking there was $29 a day, expensive but convenient so really not a complaint. Maybe if you stay more than one night you get discounts on parking?

Location was great, right on the Riverwalk.

Parking charge is ridiculus but was able to park a block away at the Houston Street Garage for $10 a day.

I loved the fact that we were right next to the river walk. Everything that we needed was at walking distance. I come the RGV where we have to drive to every single destination so it was a nice change for once. I would book at this hotel again if I were to ever make another trip to San Antonio. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I'm so glad y'all had your own parking garage as well.

Don't have any complains. Maybe the elevators if any. We would choose our floor and it would take us up to the floor but the door didnt open and it took us to the lobby once more. It did this a few more times but it wasn't a big deal

Location and view were excellent.

The restroom was dirty, and the valet completely ignored us. I had to ask him if they were still doing valet parking since he was just standing there doing nothing. He said yes, and I also asked if we could leave the tip at the desk since I didn't have any small bills. But he refused and demanded his tip right away. I've left cash in envelopes with employees' names on them before at other hotels, so I was surprised by his reaction. I understand that these employees rely on tips, but this guy needed to be more patient.

The location of the hotel is very good, right next to the Riverwalk but not the busiest area so it was not noisy during night.

The front desk made several mistakes. Didn’t give us the breakfast voucher even though the breakfast was included. Then when it’s time to check out, the breakfast charge showed up on the bill. Even though they didn’t charge us eventually, it would be better to make everything clear at the beginning.

The location was perfect, it was quiet enough to be able to relax and enjoy peace and quiet but close enough to all the fun that I was just a short walk to restaurants and bars. The hotel was very clean and the bed was SO comfortable. The river view was amazing, I will definitely stay again.

The walls were a little thin, I could hear what was going on in the room next to me but it wasn’t anything that kept me awake or made the stay bad. It was very busy during our stay so the elevator wait times were sometimes a little long.

We loved the view & being right on the Riverwalk. Front Desk staff was very friendly, kind & professional, especially Snow & Vanessa. The beds were comfortable, well-appointed & kept fresh daily.

Our river view room had kids handprints with chunky food all over the windows, we had asked twice if someone could clean it but it never got done. We also opened our coffee maker to find a bunch of mold in it, we ended up walking to Starbucks across the street every morning, it was so unappealing.

Each and every staff person was exceptionally friendly, pleasant and eager to assist. Wonderful staff! The hotel was right near Riverwalk. The complimentary breakfast that came with our booking was surprisingly good; beyond the average.

The room we stayed in had an overly strong cleaning scent; we believe it was coming from the air vent. You got used to it, however they could tone that down.
