You pull in, and the staff insists on opening every door, helping with luggage, and making you feel like you’re the most important person! As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by the most pleasant aroma, nice music, and a relaxing environment. From the lobby, to the top floor, everything is clean and beautiful. The outdoor space is perfect to have a relaxing drink and people watch. Our room was very pretty, seemed clean, and was spacious! The staff was very nice the whole time!

The air conditioner never fully cooled the room, though we were on the top floor in the July heat so we expected as much. A large cockroach decided to make itself known in the sink as I was brushing my teeth the last night and scared the life outta me, but we never saw another and we alerted the lady at checkout. She didn’t seem too worried about it, and wasn’t apologetic, but hoping they treat that room.

Everyone was very friendly and our room was upgraded at check in due to lots of vacancies. We were also given two alcoholic vouchers since we were in town for a birthday. The location is perfect. Lots of restaurants and shopping around and we also attended mass at Saint Mary’s Catholic Church on Sunday right around the corner.

My only issue I had was very last day when we were leaving, valet brought our car and our glove department was open and things were on the floor and our center council stuff was on the front seat. I wish I would’ve said something, but I wanted to ask my husband first cause I didn’t understand why it was looking like that.

The location was perfect for the concert we were there for. The theater was around the corner, as were Starbucks and several restaurants and convenience stores. When we arrived we valet our car and never had to use it to go anywhere. Everything was within walking distance of the hotel. There's a restaurant and bar in the hotel, though we didn't eat at the restaurant, we did order room service for breakfast and all our food items were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable as were the common areas of the hotel; we felt safe staying there. Customer service and staff were exceptional.

We didn't have one bad experience visiting this location. The only hiccup was during check-in at the front desk, mistakenly the person tending to us thought that only the first night of our stay had been paid for and that we still had another night left to pay. Simply pointing out that the whole stay had already been paid before arrival, she checked again and cleared it all up. At the end of our stay, we were informed of the additional charges that would be applied to my card for the extras, which were for the room service we ordered and the valet service. Both were charges that we were aware of, so no surprises of hidden charges or fees.

It was conveniently located . The room was comfortable and the property seemed well kept for the most part.

No onsite parking. I needed something from my car and the valet refused to tell me where it was. I was told it was in a secure facility with other vehicles around. It's a Tesla. I knew it was in a local garage and of course there were other vehicles. They brought the car around after a 15 minute wait to get what I needed and took it back. In this case, it was a waste of their time and mine. I was out walking the city anyway and walked past the same public garage where the car was stored.

Lovely hotel with great location! The staff is so helpful and willing to go out of their way for you.

They didn’t clean our room one day. We had been out all day and were hot and sweaty and ready to come back and shower, but had no clean towels, shampoo or conditioner. They were quick to bring some up when we called, but still disappointed we didn’t come back to a fresh, clean room. Didn’t ruin our stay but worth noting. Would still return again!

Amazingly friendly staff. Beautiful hotel inside and out. Although quieter area of the river walk, we had loud people below us one night. I called the front desk and they immediately took care of the noise problem and brought me a fan at my request to create some white noise. Valet staff was best I’ve ever experienced. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

Hotel Valencia exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in the building I was greeted by warm and friendly staff. Front desk, both restaurants and bars, front door: all were staffed with the kindest and helpful people! Our room was clean and comfortable and even had a free bottle of wine waiting for us! I highly recommend this hotel!

That I had to leave!

The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel restaurant has wonderful food. Our waiter Antonio was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet and dark, making it easy to sleep. We were there to see a show at the Majestic Theater. The hotels location was less than a block away. There are a lot of restaurants close to the location when you venture out.

Great location, right off the riverwalk. Very friendly staff, lovely bar and courtyard.

Room smelled a bit, could tell previously it was smoked in. Shower had an empty body wash container. The room was lightly serviced, took out the trash and replaced some towels, nothing else. No pool.
