The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was really good.

The hosting staff that was serving breakfast was more preoccupied with gossip than with helping the customers out. One older lady snapped really bad at a gentleman customer because he didn't spray the waffle maker with cooking oil. She had a bad attitude. The parking lot is combined with another hotel that I felt catered more to oilfield workers and there were always men outside in the parking lot drinking. As a Woman this made me feel uncomfortable especially if I got back late from the hospital and all the parking spaces closer to the entrance were taken.

I liked the area it was in! It was very convenient. Very close to a Walmart and HEB and about a 15 min drive from downtown. Beds were comfortable, good working AC and the area was safe due to a security officer on patrol. Breakfast was decent, there was bananas, cereal, juices, coffee, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and links. As well as toast and bagels with their proper spreads and mini muffins. They also had a waffle machine, but it was down at the time.

Parking was a little tight as far as the spaces go. However, it could be due to our luck of having to park a big truck between two other big vehicles/people who don't know how to park between the lines. 🙃

When booking i was a little concern because of previous review it's a decent place its safe, super clean the cleaning ladies super nice and hallways smelled super clean when i was leaving. It made me feel like they really do clean rooms. Only bad thing which i did not mind at all they have no elevators but the service makes up for that.... Breakfast very decent and warm and clean..pool was dirty sadly receptionist lady was amazing and professional will book again here

Rode motorcycles to San Antonio, quiet and close to a lot of places to eat and things like a Walmart and Lowes close by. They had security on the sight until 7 in the morning and allowed our bikes to by parked in the striped area right outside our room (111). Breakfast was good, I ate scrambled eggs, boiled eggs and sausage. the coffee. Several old missions are close by and are an interesting historic visit.

Good breakfast portions, decent for the price, friendly staff and accommodating. We had ants in our room that were covering a towel we used to clean food off of my toddlers face but they changed our rooms and took care of the ant problem in that room. Besides the ants, a minor inconvenience, it was a good stay. Not the best area but we didn't have any problems. We always stay observant to our surroundings and didn't have any issues.

Just a small recommendation, nothing to point out other than this. Front desk night staff could have maintained a smiley face during check-in. I'm not sure whether I'm tired or he is tired. Even morning too, he was tired.

It is a little hard to get into the property off Goliad Rd due to the traffic coming down Goliad Rd and the fact that the entrance to the hotel is just before the stop light and the traffic coming out of the Walmart does make it a bit of a challenge to get turned into the property

Little problem with parking. Too many construction trucks taking up the closer spaces. Many workers staying there. Four cones placed nearest to the door, moved one for my hubby who has difficulty walking. There are lots of spaces for the trucks at other end and the workers are young and healthy. The staff are so nice, friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was so good. The dining room was very clean. Our bed was very comfortable. It was a little difficult turning into the drive with traffic coming from 3 directions. Very, very clean hotel.

The room was really clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Our AC wasn't working at home, so we brought our two little dogs. We have traveled with them before and always stay at La Quinta in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California. We always pay for the first dog, and the second is free (or vise versa). I was surprised to be charged for both dogs, $25 plus tax / each.

Staff was very friendly. Our room location was good.

Breakfast needs improvement. For sanitary and safety reasons, milk should be served in cartons, not in a big container/pitcher. People could spit, or drink out of it. Also, more variety on fruits.
