The new remodel was a nice touch, I felt like I was transported to Hawaii! The room was really clean, the employees were nice and I love the bar in the pool!

We had no chairs on our balcony, even when we requested some from a guy at the front desk our first day there. Would’ve been nice to sit outside and enjoy the free coffee in the room. Kids were splashing in the pool at bar area and getting water in our drinks, they should not be allowed near/in pool bar area since the pool is spacious in other areas and they aren’t 21+. other than that it was amazing!

I loved the atmosphere. The resort is beautiful, and the housekeeping staff was amazing. They went above and beyond. I loved the easy access to the beach.

Maybe offer a free breakfast for hotel guests that don't have a condo. Maybe make the beds a little more comfortable.

Staff was not friendly at all. As soon as we arrived, the valet was bothered to have to take our bags because our room was not ready. We did arrive early but were told our room would be ready by the 4pm check in time. We decided to go out and get some groceries to keep in our condo. I went back to the front desk a little past 4 and front desk lady was rude at letting us know our room wasn’t ready and she couldn’t give me a time for check in. We were given access to a room at almost 5pm and only after I explained we had went and bought some groceries that needed to be refrigerated because we expected to have a room by the 4pm scheduled time. Check out was just as unfriendly (same lady).

Everything was excellent

I didn’t like the parking being so far away. By the time I got to the resort, I was out of breath.

Aside from water dripping from our A/C vents, the rooms were comfortable. Kitchenette and living room area were nice and beds were also comfortable to sleep in. The pool was GREAT and the walks on the beach even better! Staff was friendly as well.

The hotel gave us wrong room with only one queen bed in 2nd bedroom vs 2 queen beds we paid for. They said it was a Booking error and were sold out of all condos. One of my sons (there’s three of them) had to sleep on the uncomfortable pull out couch all three nights we were there. They were nice enough to offer to comp us an additional room with king bed but we had to decline since we can’t leave the boys alone in a hotel room and we did not want to separate family. Other than this incident, our stay was nice.

It made the Mrs. Happy, for the most part. The staff we're all very friendly and helpful and there's a bright and inviting atmosphere.

The over sized matress made the bed too high for my (short) wife to get into. There was only one chair in the room which would've been fine had it been the size of a love seat or couch, but it only sat one person. Yes there was also a stool, but those aren't for relaxing... Plus, the handicap parking left a lot to be desired; as it was extremely limited. They could offset that issue if their Valet parking was free to those with disabilities.

The Margaritaville Resort was absolutely beautiful. There was easy access to the water with miles of beach to explore. Plus, the island had free transportation. Margaritaville's location is perfect for a person traveling alone and doesn't know the area. I felt comfortable and safe the entire time. The best part was the staff. They were welcoming and courteous, seeing to your every need.

The bad part was....... I had to come back home! I wish I could live there, enjoying the Salt Life.
