Distance to beach. And the hotel room’s aesthetic as in furniture and overall design of inside of room is visually nice and appears clean compared to hotels in area in its price range or lower.

Dirty floors. It doesn’t appear like it till u take just a few steps. Only flaw of room besides the humidity that lasts all day and night even though the temperate is nice but honestly every hotel for this price and lower are like that here so it just goes with being an island hotel so it doesn’t bother me that much 🤷‍♀️

Walking distance to beach via boardwalk and the ease of loading and unloading vehicle with very few steps to room.

Space at bottom of door allowed a small roach to come in one night. Breakfast waffles were delightful and Luis is very welcoming, but choices are very limited.

Great location near the beach, with a private beach entrance! Gift shops, restaurants, and coffee shops in walking distance. I felt very safe here traveling alone. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they made me feel very welcome. Hot water with good water pressure and drainage. The other guests were families enjoying Easter weekend, there were no young college party kids staying here. 👍

Garbage cans were over flowing outside and the couch in my room was really stinky.

The breakfast was good and the gentleman in charge was terrific. So friendly, welcoming and helpful too.

Had an accessible room. The shower was great. The toilet was not ADA height. It did have grab bars attached to the wall, but was way too low toothed ground.

Exceptional breakfast and an Awesome Mr. Luis customer representative to All that join for the Continental Breakfast ! Very curious to all and very respectful to All ! Best way to start the day during our vacation !!!

Luis was just fantastic. Always ready with a smile and helping hand. Breakfast was great thanks to Luis. He is very efficient and extremely helpful.

Would have liked to have a water hose with the beach shower and maybe covering or umbrellas over the picnic tables for grilling. Thanks

Staff was very helpful when we had a change of plans and needed to leave a day early. Rooms were large and in good condition. Breakfast staff interactions in a fun way with people

Luis was great staff wonderful location beautiful right at beach by Clayton’s (stagger on beach distance) great value, enjoyed stay!

The closeness to the beach was great, & the server at breakfast was excellent, so attentive, accommodating & friendly.

Had to keep my shoes on walking in the room to avoid dirty feet.

The beach access and the service. The front dest staff and the breakfast guy, Luis, were friendly and welcoming!!

There were no towels near the pool and the breakfast selection was limited. No hot food, except waffles. The rooms cleaning was okay but did find a dead roach in the restroom. There was only one washer and dryer and it was on the opposite side also.
