The staff was great the location was fantastic

This is not directed to the hotel but to you Booking you should do your homework about the hotels you are advertising we rented a kitchenette an when we arrived there was no pots pans dishes cups forks knives spoons we could of rented a reg room an got the same with micro wave an small fridge you should put this on your site that none of the things needed in a kitchenette were supplied that you have to bring your own we paid more for a room with a kitchenette so we could cook there an save some money but thanks to your lack of knowing anything about the hotel and there rules it cost us alot more find out what is offered an not offered at the hotels.

We have stayed here three times now and it is our go to place. We love it. Clean, well maintained, great price, great breakfast, the staff is amazing!

The parking permits which in the future could prevent me from staying here. One trip my sister and I both came down for a weekend. We each have a car. I had to pay $25 to park my car and I was paying to rent the hotel. I was disappointed. It is not out of line for two adults traveling to a hotel to each have a car. I can understand going beyond this being excessive and charging as space is limited. However, two adults in a room with two cars the parking was steep and makes it or breaks it for me.

Maybe a discount on 1st night. Not a very good room. Didn't talk to manager. Not there when we left. Otherwise good service

The only good experience I had at the Super eight property was that it was located on South Padre Island. The staff were very accommodating the bathroom was very nicely set up.

One of the pilots on the stove was not working. The Tv could have been a bit bigger for being a king room. There could have one other dresser drawer for clothes. Other than that my stay was okay.

The breakfast area is excellent, with a perfect variety of food to start the day!

The hotel could greatly benefit from addressing the stains on the lampshades, as they detract from the room's overall appearance. Additionally, re-equipping the bathrooms with more modern and functional fixtures would enhance guest comfort and elevate the quality of the stay.

Location was good! There were places within walking distance for food and shops. The beach is walking distance if you do not have alot of items that you are taking down with you. Beds were comfortable. They only come in to clean when you ask so you do not have to worry about putting the sign on your door. Air conditioner worked great, we did go in October, so it was around 85-90 while we were there. Front desk was very nice. We got there before our friends we informed them that they were coming, and they were able to put them in a room next to us. The pool area is pretty small but there is an entire ocean, however it was filled with Jelly fish while we were there. It is a nice clean cool place to lay your head at night. We would stay there again.

There is not much to not like. There were ALOT of bees near the trash cans. There is not much of anything in the vending machines and the ice machines look pretty bad/nasty did not use them. They do have a washer and dryer but they were down while we were there. One was working but not the other.

I loved that that the a/was not cooling but I was quickly reassured a replacement waa given, having provides breakfast gave us that quiet time to reconnect again .. and we had to bring our pet, , that was one of the reasons we picked you guys, because although there's a fee .. I was able to relax knowing that I didn't have to leave him anywhere.. thank you so much and my husband and I will return in summer

There was nothing wrong with our stay

Everything is good and working, the breakfasts, you make your own waffles, cereal, oatmeal, etc. everything is good and everything clean, The pool is fine, the water depends on the person but it was the same temperature as the jacuzzi,You are 5 minutes walk from the beach!

The only bad thing is that the ice machine didn't work!

Excellent property! Staff was very attentive, helpful and accommodating to our needs. Property was well maintained, easily accessible and nice to look at. Rooms were clean, large and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and plenty. Nice selection of hot and cold items, all fresh and yummy!

The ice machine was down

Loved my stay, the staff and winter Texans were great as well as the free breakfast. The hot tub was broken, yet filled with extremely hot water which I felt was dangerous. The pool should be locked because when I arrived a person, not a motel guess, reported he soaked in the hot tub 20 minutes which then caused him to pass out for minutes. You should be aware.
