I liked the breakfast, the personnel, the huge room. I had everything I needed.

I did not understand why people complaint so much about this place. I liked it! It is not a new motel obviously but it has everything you need. And if they run out of stuff during breakfast you can just ask for more.

The establishment was much better than its 6.6 average credit score. The room was large and quiet and very well appointed. The breakfast was copious and better than a mere continental one. When my credit card was declined because of a technical glitch, the desk attendant, Ms. Heena, went on a limb for us and gave us the use of the room while she tried to solve the problem. Any employer should be proud to have her in their service as she is so helpful to and sympatheric with her guests. As we had asked for a quiet room on the first floor she even gave us a free upgrade with a king room close to a parking spot. So I would rate this motel top of its class and again would like to express my very sincere thanks to Ms. Heena for her actions over and beyond.

The room was large and very well laid out! It was clean and quiet. The price was unbeatable!

We stayed 5 days and the room was not serviced during that entire time, which was okay with me. BUT, I had to go ask for towels and toilet paper. If a customer is going to stay more than 3 days, someone should come in and see if there is enough shampoo, etc. But it was off season and a holiday week, so I overlooked those little issues. If the room is not going to be serviced, there needs to be a posted method for getting rid of the pile of dirty towels.

We had to change our room as there were some plumbing issues with the first room. The first room seemed half empty, but the second room was really nice. The room size is really good and well laid out. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice. Location was excellent too! Very good value for money, I would stay again if I visited Kanab again!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was great. It was pretty quiet and peaceful overall. Liked having access to luggage cart. That really helped us carry stuff in. Having the breakfast available was nice but we didn't use it.

There was a bit of noise from rowdy kids above, but we don't attribute that to the hotel. We did not try to breakfast to make an assessment on that. Photos showed tub a bit bigger than it actually was and that was a bit disappointing as I booked for that reason because my partner loves bathes.

quite clean, there is a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot. Convenient USB charging in bedside lamps. Not a bad breakfast: delicious cutlets, scrambled eggs, cereal, yogurt, waffles. Monitor the availability of food. There is water and coffee at the entrance

the room did not have a bathroom - water splashed all over the floor. Bad smell of burnt wires in the room. Bad Internet connection. No hair dryer. No shower gel. Old renovation.

Overall, the hotel stay was a GREAT value for the expense. The staff was wonderful and the location was excellent. The breakfast was a typical Day's Inn continental breakfast. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The pool and hot tub chemistry needs help! The WiFi signal is weak for any sizeable uploads.

The staff were the best! They were so accommodating and provided us with a spot to play cards. Recommended the best options for dinner (Big Al’s BBQ) and genuinely cared that our needs were met. All four of us loved the breakfast! We appreciated the egg’s & sausage.

The hotel was recently purchased and they are renovating the buildings so there are things that need replacing, but they’re working hard to keep guests happy.

Didn’t go to breakfast.

This is a pet friendly hotel, but there wasn’t any decent place for them to go potty. My Shih Tzu got puncture weeds (goat heads) in her feet. They were everywhere. Should have a patch of grass at least for them. Especially for the little dogs.

We had a very pleasant stay in the motel. Not the newest furniture but overall very clean and sufficient for a few days in the beautiful Kanab region. Location is great.

They accidentally charged us $130 extra and after two weeks we were still not able to reach anybody at the motel to get the money refunded. Breakfast isn’t great but it’s for free.
