Perfect location, just near the entrance of Zion NP and a small market store. Cosy and large room with nice view over the river and the mountains. The cookies offered were very good!

It would be a very nice option if a breakfast was proposed in the hotel. I understand that the principle is more to rent a kind of apartment, but for couples who don't want to care about purchasing goods for breakfast, having the option just to come and sit to eat something would be great. Another point is about the swimming pool lights: the pool is open until 10PM, but the lights switch off only after midnight. Why wait 2 extra hours of keeping these lights on? It is a bit annoying for the nearby rooms, especially if we want to enjoy the night sky from our terrace...

The location is particularly excellent - you can walk to the visitor center, eliminating the need to use the Springdale Shuttle- you only use the park shuttle. The hotel is also walking distance to a gear rental place for the Narrows, a pub, a small market, and a Perks coffee, so anything you need. Additionally, I stayed in a 2 queen room, and it was huge - well laid out, with a fully equipped kitchen, which I used to prepare breakfast and my hiking snacks. Everything was immaculately clean, there was adequate free parking.

It was slightly annoying to walk/drive a mile to the better dinner restaurants, but well worth it for the other location benefits. An onsite property serving breakfast would be nice. The hot tub was cold. The price was a bit high, but understandable on Veteran's Day weekend.

The best choice we made! I was considering staying at another hotel inside the park, but I wouldn’t trade it. Cable Mountain’s location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore Zion Park. It’s right at the park entrance, with a supermarket across the street, bike rentals, and close to several restaurants. Highly recommend it.

Even though we booked the Classic Hillside Suite, which had a kitchen and fridge, the only downside was that we didn’t have any mountain view.

Beautiful facility within walking distance to the Zion Visitor Center and shuttles into the park. Brewery, shops, coffee cafe and equipment rental also within walking distance. Additionally, you get a card when you check in that provides a discount (10 or 15%… can’t remember) that is accepted at most of the above mentioned facilities.

Nothing not to like! Would stay there again and will definitely recommend to friends/family.

We were initially assigned a ground floor suite when we arrived with our Backroads bike group, and it was spacious and convenient. Initially, I was told by several staff that we would not be able to keep the same room (we were staying 3 nights after the Backroads tour ended) and were disappointed. On the morning of the switch, I tried a third time and this time, Alexis and Cathy at the front desk were very helpful and said keeping the same room was not a problem.

Hot water very tepid first day, but got fixed after I spoke to front desk. Twice, the room had not been cleaned when we arrived back around 3:30 after a full day of hiking or biking, but a call got it cleaned quickly.

Excellent location, next to the park entrance/visitors center along the Virgin River. We were able to get off the shuttle and take a short walk to our room. This also allowed us to attend the Ranger presentations in the evenings without having to drive over. We found this location to be better than staying in Springdale even though you have to walk/drive downtown to most of the restaurants. Well manicured and cared for grounds with beautiful views of Watchman. The front desk staff and others were extremely friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

There could've been an exercise facility and we could never figure out the coffee maker, which was frustrating. The pool lounge chairs were metal (hot) and uncomfortable. Considering the porches all have the polywood chairs, their chaises would be better options for the pool.

Comfortable bed and spacious living room /dining area. The location is perfect if you want to walk into the park without worrying about parking. Hot tub was never crowded and was perfect after a day of hiking.

The kitchen amenities are okay but pretty limited: 2 skillets. A small cook top, no oven. Only salt and pepper on hand and the market on the property is more of a convenience store than a market.

We had a corner room overlooking the open grass area. Very secluded and quiet. We sat on the porch every night and watched a family of mule deer. They are beautiful and would come right up to you and sniff your hand. We had a one bedroom with kitchen. Very spacious and the bed and pillows are so comfortable. I even went to the lobby and bought a new throw blanket that they have on the bed. The bathroom has heated toilets, awesome. If you need anything, they bring it in a cute little tote bag and the staff makes up your bed everyday and freshens up the room/kitchen. A great touch after hiking all day long. Pool/hot tub is great after a long day. Location is right outside of the Zion national park entrance with rental facility, brew pub/restaurant and a grocery store.

The best hotel of our trip! It has a luxury resort feel and the staff provided a warm welcome and excellent service. The exceptional location is right outside the park with groceries, restaurants, outfitter, and more in a complex next door. The grounds are gorgeous and lovely to walk around. The pool was fantastic. The unit we rented was very large, quiet, had plenty of space for our gear, and it was easy to park nearby. We will definitely be back.

The location is as close to Zion national park as you can get without actually being in the park. The entrance was a 60 seconds walk from my room.

It can be fairly loud on the ground floor and there are so many windows in the unit you really need to make sure everything is buttoned up so no one can see in at night. I was not happy that one of the window locks was broken and the patio exterior door was left unlocked when I arrived. I should have tested it before leaving for the afternoon but I didn’t realize it was unlocked until well after all my stuff had already been in there for a while.
