My kids and I absolutely loved the swimming pool and the waterslide. We spent most of our time in there. And the breakfast was pretty great. Lots to chose from and all of the staff that I talked to and encountered were extremely nice and very helpful.

The one thing that was a little disappointing was the Juice machine was out of order and the pool towels were tiny. It would be nice if they were bigger. I had to use the bath towels in my room. My kids and I stayed there two nights and our room wasn't cleaned and the beds did not get made during our stay. Im used to having the beds made and the trash taken out during the day while we were out of the room.

The TV needs to be a smart TV..The direct TV idea is a bit classic..Netflix YouTube should be uploaded..The remote control had a 5second delay when U press guide and to turn ON TV..Tub was small and out of shampoo mounted on wall but they sweetly a couple of tiny bottles of shampoo.. Breakfast was great but it needs banana hash browns..No OJ..The staff front desk was wonderful..Have a blessed day

Needs smart TV with uploaded Utube and Netflix..Need hash browns and OJ for breakfast..But it was still wonderful.. Tub was small but room size was fantastic 2queens beds with sofa bed..

We always love this hotel. great location. The waterslide for kids is amazing. When I needed to have a later check out in order to get my daughter all moved in to college, they were easy to work with for that. I also told the font desk we would not need housekeeping services, then we ended up needing the floor vacuumed, and trash taken out. When we asked the housekeeper, she was more than willing and she actually ended up cleaning the whole room. We did not expect this, and it was greatly appreciated that she was so accommodating for us!

I have stayed here before and the room was exceptional. This time the only bad thing I had to say is the air conditioning unit in the room made a constant rattling noise and it sounded as if it wasn't working properly. It took a good 24 hours for the room the reach a comfortable temp for us, but once it did it was nice and cool. It was room 220.

This is our go to Staycation, Birthday Celebration, New Year’s Eve Party, any event to get together hotel in Northern Utah! We love the pool with indoor slide, the rooms, especially the suites, and the complimentary breakfast!! The staff - from check-in, to room maintenance, to breakfast coordinators - are all kind and friendly. Richard was at the desk when we checked in this past weekend. He was happy and helpful. Thank you Richard for getting us in a wee bit early. Thank you Comfort Inn for being consistent in your services. We have created many fond memories at this location 😁😂🤩.

My family loved the slide and swimming pool. The beds were comfortable, so we all slept well. The breakfast was delicious too! I liked how there were a lot of television channels available to be entertained..

There were many other options in the area for somewhat less expensive for similar value. The slide in the pool is what justifies the additional $50 I paid to make my kids happy. Maybe you can give future bookings the option to pay more if they want pool access or less if they don't want pool access.

The price was excellent, a really good value for the money. The location was perfect for us, and we loved the view from the window. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

The bathroom/vanity light. Could it be changed so that there is a separate light for each? It was too much light in the middle of the night if one of us needed to use the bathroom.

The yogurt selection was excellent.

The appeal of the breakfast Selections could be improved by providing a greater choice of selections. There was a large gap between the room heater and it's in room outside frame that allowed cold exterior air directly into the room. There appeared to be cracks in the bottom of the bathtub. The built in non-slip surface didn't provide us with a sense of security for older guests to feel safe while showering from slipping and falling.

We loved everything about our stay. We loved the waterslide. The breakfast was great. Beds were comfy. Staff was amazing.

Only slight problems were the pullout couch was smaller than we expected. Luckily our girls were ages 8 and 6 so they fit fine, but bigger kids more than one wouldn't have fit. Also the pool area was VERY crowded (probably due to the awesome waterslide feature) and the pool temperature was definitely a little on the cool slide. But that didn't stop us from playing a ton in the pool anyways.

Loved the front lobby from the start. Big, spacious, warm fire going. Room was very clean, if small, but comfortable. The breakfast was top notch. The kids loved it and were sad to learn the hotel didn't offer lunch and dinner too. The pool was the highlight. Clean area, towels restocked, lots of seating, nearby bathroom, excellent hot tub. The shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in big, wall mounted bottles was encouraging to see. I like the sustainability efforts!

would have liked a space outside of the bathroom with a mirror and a table together. Elevator was slow and small, but at least it was working!

The hotel and room were very clean and the staff was positive and cheery. Everything went smoothly. The location is on the commercial strip so not a walkable, charming environment, but it was very convenient to restaurants and other destinations. It was quiet - set back from the road about a 100 yards.

Breakfast was adequate with the usual buffet for this pricepoint. Coffee wasn't good but there is a breakfast oriented restaurant next door.
