Breakfast was perfectly adequate. Nothing fancy. Sufficient choices. Room was comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Exercise room was well equipped.

The jets in the hot tub did not work. The hotel is under renovation and the pool/ hot tub area is slated to be worked on soon. While I was disappointed that they did not work, I understand that renovations are necessary and disruptive and making that repair just days before a renovation would not be a priority. The renovation team were all but transparent. They are doing a good job of not interrupting the guests.

It was really clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

There is a long wait for waffles every morning. It would be good if you had more than one waffle maker to access…. The light in the bathroom was a little sketchy kind of freaked us out like there could’ve been a camera up there. There was no exhaust fan and the shower was really slippery.

Everything was great from the time we got there to the time we left,I really like that I was able to print out my airline tickets for the flight home.

Not really, it was a pleasant stay there, only thing I could think of is the location a litte off the beaten pass.

The hot tub was a little strange and needed the bubbles to make it better. Breakfast was good, every employee was super nice, room clean. The location was great for us. Will stay again, unfortunately, we stayed elsewhere a few weeks ago now we know STAY HERE!

U came for. A nightly. Get away. Because I have had a hard month. I Had to put my 11 and a half year Corgi down. Because he was in so much. Pain. His back legs and hips hurt so bad. That he couldn't stand up. He had to drag himself. Everywhere. Having to put him down. Before Christmas. Was the toughest decision. To out him down. You could have given him a pain pill to control the pain but the muscles would have just gotten weaker and weaker. He was already on two pain meds and I was not going to put him on a third payment so I had to make the choice and he crossed the rainbow bridge he is very happy and doggy heaven right now playing with his sister Mahana and teaching her how to corgis hurd sheep

There's nothing I didn't like. It was perfect and I plan on coming back to this hotel when I need a night away. I actually got to go swimming because the pool was as warm at the hot tub. Even though the hot tub didn't have Jets it was still a lot of fun. It had just wanted to do the bubbles

So i liked the tv and how big they were, i could watch netflix with my account so that helped alot. The gym is just amazing, i really loved the fact that i could get water in the breakfast area, the lady that helped me check in is amazing.

The beds were very comfortable the pillows excellent, the room was clean, and the staff was awesome!

This was a perfect location surrounded by great restaurants and shopping malls. Also, the breakfast option was great, there were plenty of choices, and made freshly.

I reserved the room with a sofa, but when check-in there was nonavailable. However, the other rooms were pretty roomy.

Our bathroom light went out and I told the front desk while we were eating breakfast and they said they would fix it, a breaker flipped We went back to our room and found the breaker box and flipped it ourselves room 312 Pool is very small

Breakfast was delicious and the staff were amazing!

Our TV didn’t work. We told staff and they didn’t come and fix it. They were just going to move us to a different room, but we loved our view so we stayed.
