This place is very clean. The breakfast was great. They had eggs, make your own waffles, cereal, fruit, pastries, oatmeal, juices, coffee, and more. Way better than I expected for the price of the room with a free breakfast. The guy who works the front desk (who was there every time we walked by, day or night). He was very friendly and helpful. If we stay in this area again, it will definitely be at this location.

Google maps didn't know how to find this location. We had to drive around for a minute to find it. However, I don't think this is the fault of the hotel. Turn into the speedway gas station and drive through their parking lot, and passed the Fairfield parking lot, and the parking is kind of hiding next to them.

Things were pretty clean and comfortable for the short time that we were there.

The booking, card, and ID all have to match. Someone else wanted to pay for the night, but couldn't once we got there. Breakfast was poor. Flavorless waffles with sugar free syrup, dry muffins, and watery juice. The oatmeal and topping selection was pretty good, I guess.

No breakfast. I was not informed if available. Check in did not give me password therefore extreme stress trying to contact my people. He was a bit snippy that he was too busy to remember to tell me. I found a cigarette butt on the bed frame that housekeeping totally overlooked. Disgusting. I guess I just said all the things I found sub par. Bed was GREAT. so comf.

See above. Oh elliptical in work out room is broken. I noticed pool was green. I was going to use equipment but opted out.

Missed breakfast as we were called back to the hospital at 5am. We had family at St Marks. This is a fast shot to get there. Variety of food places close. If in this area we will stay here again. We We’re here for 5 nights looking for close to the hospital. This was the best one for closeness, comfort, etc wish we had found it sooner😊

Didn’t find anything to dislike

This hotel is in a great location. We had a few choices for food during the day, and a great BK in the am. Easy on and off freeways, and a quick drive to pretty much anywhere we decided to go. We were so busy, we didn't have time for the pool, but we looked at it longingly as we were running back and forth. Very clean.

I could complain about the age of the hotel, but that would be stupid. It's really well taken care of, and I know it's been around for awhile. Our family was very greatful that we had a place to stay so close to family for the 4th.

The jacuzzi is refreshingly hot, not tepid like so many other hotels. Great way to unwind after hours of driving. The little tray that sits in front of the sofa is very convenient and useful. Very comfortable bed. All very clean. The ice machine actually gave out ice (often not the case with other hotels). Pool area well maintained. An overall level of quality commensurate with the charge for the room.

Surprised not to see a microwave or fridge. However, I also noted that the carpets etc were very clean -no stains (little coffee maker is kept in the bathroom for that reason also, I'm sure). So, I understood the hotel's thinking on that. No biggie. A suggestion is to use that as a marketing item - we have no fridges/ovens to ensure you have the highest standard of cleanliness, or some such, rather than surprising the customer when they get to the room. a

We had a 25 foot RV and parking lot big enough to accommodate the vehicle. Room fine. Breakfast okay if a little limited - as Europeans we don't get biscuits and gravy, but adequately catered for with bagels and waffles!

My wife asked for the ice machine location Front desk said it was on my floor,I went there and it had out of order paper on the ice machine,if the front desk would have said it was broken ,I wouldn't go and look for it

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, we were there for surgery the location was close to everything we needed (doctor office, hospital, restaurants etc.)

There wasn't anything I didn't like

The staff members are very friendly. They showed that they cared about our stay and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed.

Unfortunately the vending machine and ice machine were not working on the first 2 floors and so we had to go to the 3rd floor. But I understand that it's something that can't be controlled.
