Clean and spacious room. There were no luxuries, but we found it super clean and well maintained. The gentleman working at the reception was super friendly and helpful. The room was very convenient for us since you can park your car right in front of it so no need for elevators. They are dog friendly and the pet fees aren’t extremely expensive like some hotels like to do.

The only two things I would change is the shower curtain was too short, which caused the water to splash outside of the shower area. The second was the heater, which makes a bit of noise as it draws power (it’s a small electric heater). Outside of that all good

Location was great as it's close to Bryce Canyon. It's a very quiet area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It's an older property, but it was kept up and extremely clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. It's close to the Flying Goat restaurant down the road, which was an incredible place to eat for breakfast.

It was quite cold when we were there. The only heat in the room comes from a small space heater. Eventually, the room warmed up nicely, but it did take a while. Everything else was great.

We stayed here for two night while visiting Bryce Canyon and started our to trip from hear to Zion. The owner was very kind and welcoming made the stay great from the very first moment. The room was big enough (we are on a road trip for three weeks, so we’ve plenty of stuff). It is nicely decorated, was very clean, got a microwave, a fridge and a coffeemaker. There is a nice outdoor sitting area which we enjoyed. Grocery store, restaurants are within walking distance. Gas station right next to it. The place is dog friendly (we were there without pets)

The owners are fantastic and friendly. The room was very clean, tidy, roomy, and comfortable. Everything was easy to access. It is obvious this property has been very recently updated, and they have done a great job! I arrived very late at night. The room already was heated, which made it so nice! I will choose this place each time I am in the area.

The staff was friendly and charismatic. The check in/out process was easy. Our room was very clean and had all the amenities I was looking for. The site had a fenced in area for dogs and it was well maintained and stocked with water and waste bags/disposal area.

I don't have a lot of negative things to mentioned but for my personal taste the pillows were a little firm.

Very clean and functional design remodeled room. Great price. We stayed at another hotel for 3x the cost that was not as functional. Outside looks rough but the rooms were clean and nice. Very pet friendly. Big plus.

Not beautiful buildings.

I believe the person working the front desk was the motel owner. This man was very helpful, accommodating and friendly to me. As a Disabled person with a service animal, he was very professional in his dealing with my animal and I.

The room itself was very clean. Staff was very nice and explained all additional fees that applied. The room looked like an efficiency apartment and was nicely furnished.

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

Arrived earlier than the check in time. The staff was nice and let us check in early and also upgraded our room for free. The manager was great and very accommodating.

Everything was acceptable.

Large, clean room. Grassy dog walk area in back. Check in at 2:00 instead of 3 like most. They provide decent sized bath towels, fridge, microwave, coffee maker.

Bathroom was a bit worn/old but still clean.
