The remodeling of the property was very impressive, Great State of the Art. Comfortable, quiet and great location. The breakfast was also awesome.

That my stay was too short. Very relaxing weekend, I wished that we could have stayed longer.

The location of the facility was perfect. I like that it was close to major shopping retailers and restaurants. We were there for a wedding and it was about 25 minutes from the venue. If I need to come back to the area I would stay here again. The day attend (I don't remember her name) is an absolute jewel, but the night attendant not so much.

The A/C unit barely cooled off the room. If the fan did continually run the roome was stuffy, but running it made the floor feel like they were damp. We were there for only two nights, so I didn't complain, but room 110 unit needs maintenance done. My grandson started feeling the affects of it on the last night.

When we drove up, I felt that the hotel gave a very nice and welcoming atmosphere. Once I made it to lobby (which was small yet cozy) I proceeded to the front desk where I was greeted by David. He was professional and courteous in helping me get a room for my mother and I. Once I got to the room, I was pleased to see the decor and that the room was clean and the bathroom had a beautiful walk-in shower. We also enjoyed the breakfast which was on point every day! Overall, the accommodations for my mother and I were very comfortable and clean. I would definitely come back again for a stay.

The front desk staff was excellent!! Always greeted with a smile and very engaging. A++ Hotel was clean and easily accessible.

Rooms was very noisy from free way traffic. Toilet handle either was not installed right or it's the wrong size as we fought with it the entire stay, almost afraid it would fall off. Other than that, stay was fine. Would stay again.

Breakfast was very nice. The whole place was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. Colette and Tracy at the front desk were beyond amazing. I booked the room for my daughter and they were so helpful. They let her check in early since a room was available, instead of just waiting in lobby. I didn't even ask. I would definitely stay here again.

I had to leave early so didn't get breakfast, but I got a phone call from my sister who also stay there saying, I know you got some of that breakfast because it was delicious!! Told her I had to run so I didn't .So I heard about it from her. And the location was great loved it.

One elevator which really wasn't bad because it wasn't busy at all never had to wait on it.

The staff was wonderful and the room was great. The hotel is very clean.

The blind for the window would not roll down. The microwave was dirty and sticky. There was hair in the corner of the bathroom. Other than that it was a clean room.

Every staff member we encountered was polite, professional, and very, very informative and helpful.

The highways and roads in and around Chesapeake are very confusing for newcomers. This is nothing you can do anything about, but it made for a less than spectacular trip. The hotel itself is just fine. It was quiet and comfortable.

Tracey, the front desk associate, was by far the friendliest, nicest person I have encountered at any hotel! She was super quick checking me in and really made me feel welcome. There needs to be more people like her in the service profession.

After I booked my stay on booking.com, (non-refundable) the hotel informed me that there was construction work going on from 8:00-6:00 daily. I tried to cancel but could not. I really think that should have been disclosed BEFORE confirmation.

Clean rooms, great breakfast, convenient location and friendly staff. I have to single out the employee at the front desk, I believe her name was Colette. She is AMAZING!!! From the check-in to the check-out and every time I would see her in between, she was such a delight. So personable, knowledgeable and a BIG asset to your hotel. Thank you for such a great experience.
