I’ve stayed in fancier hotels with amazing amenities,, but never had staff treat me so well than at this Hampton Inn. Ashley at the front desk was more than accommodating. My family and I booked a smaller room on a very busy weekend. We were there after most of the traffic cleared out, and Ashley upgraded us to a suite because she knew we had young kids and they could use more space. The breakfast was fresh and always hot. My kids said they wanted to stay forever because they loved it so much. We were treated like family from the moment we walked in the door. I know we will be back and I won’t even consider looking into any other options.

Room was fine. Service fine. One mistake. I booked a King Room on my reservation. I called and changed the date to one day later. No problem in communication that I knew of. I ended up with Quenn Room. Not a huge deal, so I did not try to change. I thought about it today and decided to mention it. My wife and I are on our retirement tour. First night in celebrating! We could have made a scene.

Everyone was friendly. We were here before, so no big changes. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location has lots of places to eat and shop. Wish we were able to stay longer, were in town for a funeral, but love this area. Great that it is pet friendly.

Not much room to maneuver in room with the luggage carrier. Room felt tight especially for 4 people. Rooms are non smoking but people are allowed to smoke next to building doors. Need better breakfast choices, food offered was good but not much to choose from. We realize it could be due to shortages on products so realize it could be due to that. All the employees were friendly and helpful but it was disappointing we couldn't get a better room due to adult with walking issues. Closer to elevator would have been nice. I know it's not the hotels problem but people not cleaning up after their dog when there is clearly a nice area and poop bags if you don't have one is great. Area needs a clean up every so often, again realize it's not hotels fault.

I really liked that my room wS very clean! I loved the hot cookies you guys put out, it's a very warm touch. The morning breakfast was perfect 👌

No matter what I tried, the TV would not work. It just kept displaying a no signal message across the screen.

Great location

I was told I'll be on the first floor two weeks prior to check in but ended up on the fourth floor instead. I was previously there for two weeks ago with one night stay. Again, I asked was confirmed by the staff that I was getting the first floor.

Friendly desk staff and location is so close to many stores and restaurant. Area felt very safe . Room was clean but definitely needs updating which I believe management is proposing to do so in near future

The staff particularly Ashley, was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Convenient location!

The carpet was very worn! The furniture needs upgrading! Laminate flooring would be a great addition to the hotel!

I had booked my stay with Booking.com two months in advance! I booked 2 rooms-one for me and one for my brother and his wife-each for 2- nights stay. Wanted to split the cost of the bill, which I thought wouldn't be a problem. Still hoping the issue is resolved!

The fridge in our room didn't seem to be working, and the window heating/air unit was very noisy!! The bed itself wasn't very comfortable, either.

Friendly accommodating staff, good breakfast and in the midst of restaurants and stores

Room was adequate size, bathroom very small and room lacked sense of freshness.
