great location within walking distance to everything. amazing staff. super pet friendly hotel that makes the little ones feel right at home. was tracking so only stayed one night. super clean and I even got my room upgraded. on site valet for only 30$

it was super family friendly which is nice, but during my stay there was a large group having dinner in the hotel restaurant, and they left about 6 kids run free throughout the lobby and outdoor space. it was like a wild zoo during those two hours.

Nice, big, comfortable room. Nice gym. Outdoor sitting was very awesome. They have Starbucks coffee machine in the bar.

It was difficult to find the hotel because two hotels in the same building and it wasn’t mentioned in booking.

Love the design, accessibility, location, staff were very pleasant. Good breakfast, bar on site...really nice vibe!

The microwave was dirty...I wanted to heat up some Thanksgiving leftovers but didn't because of this. But luckily, that was the only thing that was dirty. Everything else was spotless!

The bartender was speaking negatively about the hotel. She went on and on about different reasons the hotel was not a good place. We wanted to stay for more than one drink but it was too uncomfortable to continue.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiling, welcoming faces. Levi checked us in and gave us the full run down of everything we would need to know. He even included a short tour so that we knew where access was to the elevators, fitness center, and courtyard. The Valet staff was always incredibly friendly, as well as quick and efficient when it came to retrieving our vehicle (5-10 min wait max with text updates). They even offered us cold water bottles on the hot days! Our King Studio with Kitchen room was beautiful and CLEAN! We felt like we were in our own apartment. The kitchen was larger than I expected, equipped with several pots, pans, and dishes as well as a coffee machine and toaster. Full fridge and freezer. We enjoyed making waffles from the room in the mornings, however they did offer complimentary breakfast (covid safe) down in the bistro. The bathroom was large, well lit, and clean. Decent water pressure from the shower. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! I had no problem sleeping away from home. The swivel TV was a great set up. We could watch comfortably from the bed, kitchen, or the couch. They also have free Wifi and Netflix. My boyfriend, who traveled with me, is a music producer. The desk in the room was large enough his spread of equipment. All in all, this was a phenomenal stay and I will absolutely stay again whenever I am in the RVA area.

The only minor complaint I could make is the street noise, but it’s to be expected when staying so close to the downtown/city area. It wasn’t enough to disrupt my sleep.

The room was spacious and clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

The rooms have a dishwasher and the dishes are supposedly “sterilized” but the dishwasher did not work well and we had to wash everything by hand before use. Also, the hotel did not have a chef, so the restaurant was not open.

I’m allergic to something here! second time here. awoke both times with allergic reaction. not sure if it’s cleaning products or the face that dogs are allowed

The location of the hotel was excellent. The Best part of our stay was the hospitality of the hotel staff and the shuttle staff. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and remembered you when you walked through the lobby or went for breakfast in the morning or took the shuttle to each historic area. Cannot say enough Positive things about this hotel

Everything was great about my stay. Although, I did bring my dog and there wasn't a close place to relieve him. I felt i had to go farther away to find some green space.

No green/ grass to relieve dogs.
