The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms seem recently renovated. It's a very large hotel, so you may have to walk a lot till you reach the room. Great breakfast which includes waffles that the kids loved. There was a misunderstanding with our rate which was supposed to include breakfast, but the Hotel promptly recognized it and fixed it.

The size of the hotel may imply a long walk with bags if you are staying in one of the extremities. The parking valet seems expensive, considering there is a public parking literally in the front of the hotel. We only stood for one night but it seems that there is still no service in the room during your multiday staying unless you order it. It's hard to believe a chain such as Hilton, keeping this option.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful Italian restaurant. Great bar with live music in the lobby. Super comfy beds and excellent, quick service when we needed more pillows.

Our only gripe was our electric car was never charged after being assured it would be.

The valet parking service was excellent, check in was quick and easy and the bell hop service was also very good. We had booked a room on the executive floor and had access to the executive lounge where the breakfast was limited. There is an excellent Italian restaurant that has an access door from the hotel although administratively it is not part of the hotel. We haf booked an RVA tuk tuk tour the next morning and there was no problem about checking out an hour later than the usual check out time. The room was a good size and the shower was very good. The room was also very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. We definitely will stay again.

The squeaky bathroom door was annoying in room 511.😔

Almost everything, especially the location, which was around the corner, and across the street from the concert venue I was attending. It was even more easily accessed through the rear of the hotel. I'm so glad the person at the front desk told me how to get there!

The food left something to be desired. Both the buffet and room service was lukewarm. When it came to the room itself, the entrance door was too heavy and the toilet was too low.

The rate of the room included extra perks that were no longer available at the hotel. The manager saw the error and offered us a free appetizer, drinks and free breakfast in the morning. I thought this was very appropriate to help correct missing extras in the price of the stay. It was much appreciated and went a long way in making us feel better regarding the over price.

I didn't like the misrepresentation of the room/ extras when booking the hotel on Booking.com but this was taken care of by the manager.

I liked the size of the room as well as the location of the hotel. It is a short walk to several delicious restaurants and a short drive to several attractions. The fact that I was able to check in, choose my room, and go into my room from the Hilton app was also a major plus. Truly an amazing feature and made things so much easier. On my check out day I called the front desk and asked if I could do a late check out. The front desk attendant then asked me what time was I planning on checking out. It wasn't a big deal but I was never asked that before. Usually the front desk just gives me an extra hour. The fact that this person asked me what works for me gave me a sense of control and gave me the idea that she cares about my time and what I need to do. It was nice. I ended up just asking for an extra hour but its the little things like that that made the visit so pleasurable. Great job front desk staff.

Unfortunately the pool was closed during my visit which was one thing I was looking forward to. I wasn't notified at check in but then again i didn't ask. On my first night valet was also confusing. I think an event came up and there were only two valet attendants available. While the female was hustling trying to get the line of cars situated and parked, the male was dragging his feet and was not much help. I ended up having to park across the street and find a person to give my key to. Not a big deal, just a little annoying.
