Friendly staff. Room was very clean. Loved having a full kitchen with a dishwasher that all dishes are supplied. Really nice to have washers and dryers in the hotel to wash laundry. It was nice to take home clean clothes instead of having to worry bout washing them after getting home. Washer and dryer usage is FREE to use. Me and my husband had a great time here. Would definitely go back. Hotel supplied plenty of towels and wash cloths. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel is close to Walmart and other shopping areas. Close to the beach also. Free parking. Rooms are very spacious. No bugs. Again our room was extremely clean and neatly kept. Alot of lighting in the rooms

This hotel is not oceanfront views but we still were fine staying here. We don't have anything bad to say bout the hotel. They do not offer free continental breakfast but I think that's because rooms have kitchens to make breakfast.

I LOVE the layout of the property. I also like the way the rooms are fashioned- sitting space, sleeping space, and kitchen area.

My only complaint is that the mattress on the pull out couch is so thin that the metal could be felt through it. A possible solution (since a thicker mattress is not an option) is the placement of a durable lining beneath mattress and over the metal.

Super location near the beach, roomy suite with a well-equipped, if tiny, kitchen, decent shower, comfortable sofa bed. Very friendly staff. It's very basic and simple, nothing exceptional or fancy, but perfectly fine if you'll be mostly be out at the beach anyway. Lots of towels to use, plus you can borrow beach towels at reception. Pool and whirlpool looked nice but we didn't use them. Tautog's restaurant is great, just 2 blocks away.

The roomed seemed to have a slight cigarette smoke smell, but staff came immediately to check and said it was the disinfectant they used. They offered deodorizing sprays, which helped. It's a little odd that there are windows opening onto the bright corridor, so a little light leaks in through the curtains if you're sleeping on the sofa bed, but it was quiet while we were there and didn't bother us.

When I first arrived the staff greeting me which was a plus Diamond in particular was amazing to check in with she answered all my questions without attitude and agitation she exemplified professional customer service which I look for wherever I go and spend my money 3 blocks from the beach Great location the property was clean room was as well and comfortable had everything I need for my stay parking was a plus and the safe feeling Security gave was Greatly appreciated … I will be visiting again

The swimming pool really need a good cleaning however my family still enjoyed it the jacuzzi and pool area

The location was very helpful i.e, walked to beach, shops, grocery shopping, The quietness of the resort, we had the most young children there, and it was still just a very quiet place. The creme de la creme was the intersecting rooms, cause I reserved two, the whole family was able to be together without us having to go out the door and down to another room to visit.

More access to cleaning items i.e, broom, mop

We liked that it was very clean. Even though it was showing an wooden floor in the photos when I booked the room (which was the main reason I booked with them)it was a carpeted room. But was completely surprised to see there is no smell in the room or entire hotel. I loved the fact that it was smelling clean when you were entering inside. We loved the layout of the room, the kitchen kind of tight for 2 people in there but it worked. Some of the utensils are missing but I arranged myself (I mashed potatoes with the fork), there wasn’t a frying pan but I asked for one and they gave me a new one, everything worked great in the kitchen. The fridge is full size and perfectly working, freezer also. The bathroom had a tub faucet problem but was solved immediately when asked, the tub has some flaws but it’s not affecting it’s use. The couch mattress was new, still in the bag, the bed was comfortable, the towels very good quality and so white/clean. We liked the fact they didn’t enter in our rooms without asking for the whole time we were there. They are not cleaning the rooms while you’re inside but they are providing everything you’re asking. There is a washer and dryer on the floor, new models, free, which was great for the wet stuff from the beach. Also a vending machine and ice machine on the floor. We also loved it was quiet, even though the hotel was full it was so quiet. No noises from the top or adjacent rooms. It is close to the beach and to everything needed. The staff was so gentle beside one person who I found to be not interested in helping. We booked for 9 nights and in the last 2 days we decided to stay one more night because we love Virginia Beach and we liked the hotel. So I asked her if she can book me another night, she looked in the computer literally 2 seconds and she said they’re fully booked in the upcoming days. So I went in the room and I checked on Booking.com where it was showing they have available rooms.

Is nothing I could say that I really didn’t like but there can be some improvement also in bathroom and kitchen utensils.

Donna at the front desk was so amazing and remembered our names the whole stay. She made a great impression! The room was spacious and the kitchen fully stocked. 5 minute walk to the beach and indoor pool woth hours specifically for adults and children. So many great things about this place.

The shower head is filled with rust and I felt really gross just looking at it. The shower head was basically orange with all the build up it had. Cleanliness was not all that good.

The studio was cute and the kitchen fully equipped! It was a 5 min walk to the beach and they offer beach towels. It is walking distance to many restaurants, bars and souvenir stores.

The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were the worst I have ever used in my life. The PM/EVE staff tried to help with this but she was swamped and although she said she’d give better pillows she never did. Also, we were there 4 days: the first 2, the pool was so murky we didn’t want to venture going in (even tho it was raining one of these days); the last 2 the pool was closed got maintenance. Oh the hot tub was closed the whole time.
