The first thing I liked, was that I was not charged the $100 deposit like at another Stay America off Newtown Rd but rather just had to leave a credit card on file for incidentals. Next, I was thoroughly impressed with the new furniture, kitchen appliances, and modern wall art pictures. It was also quiet, as this Independance Blvd location didn't seem to have a huge families practically living in the rooms, like at the other property, which could be noisy and disruptive especially if you are on the first floor. And most of all, I felt safe for me and my car. There were no derelicts hanging out in the parking lot, or sleeping on the grounds, with the police showing up because cars were broken into, as with the other Stay America off Newtown Rd.

I have no complaints.

Enjoyed our stay there. Checked in Thursday and left Sunday. It was pretty quite. Few people with the loud exhausts driving down the road at times but other than that quiet.. Room was nice and cozy.. only thing missing from the room was a coffee pot.. 15-20 minutes from multiple beaches. Would stay again

No coffee pots in the rooms and no smart TVs. Nothing major

Alexis and the staff did an awesome job. They were professional, kind, caring, and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and took care off everything. I would recommend Alexis for a management position.

Everything was great, I didn't have any issues, however The light bulbs could be a higher wattage.

The reservation clerk was nice, the room was clean but the rug in the room was worn and could have been cleaner. The bathroom was clean.

The shower pressure wasn't great. There were cigarette butt's by the stairwell. No elevator there.

The location was nice. Relatively quiet and not far from our daughter's homes.

1) Need additional chairs at the table when there are more than one person in the room so you can both sit at the table together for meals. 2) Cleaning the room at least one time on a four day stay would have been appreciated. At least come in to vacuum. 3) update info online to advise kitchen tools need to be asked for and are not automatically in the rooms as implied.

A nice clean place to rest your head. Mattress was comfy. Staff was friendly. Close location for what I needed.

The entrance and parking lot was a little dark at night. Needs more lighting. One of my blankets was rough and looked old.

The property was clean

I did like that every time I left and came back my key didn’t work. The office staff had to blow dry the door in order for the key to work. This was very unacceptable.

Shower water was hot. Chair was comfortable. Bed was okay.

No chairs at table. Only one nightstand. No outlet for cellphone on the side of the bed with a nightstand.

The location was in a great spot to hit all the areas within 20 minutes with traffic. Will stay here again because the location for it's value was definitely worth it.

The room could've been more stocked prior to our arrival. However that could've been due to the policies of the Extended stay.

This location is near to pretty much everything. You can walk or bike to stores, restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores , etc. nearby, and also safe.
