The hotel was nice. The location was great and was very clean

Well, regardless if you parked your own vehicle or opted to use valet parking, they charged you an extra $25 a day. I didn't agree with that policy because parking should be included with your stay. They had a big parking garage right across the street from the hotel in which they parked vehicles. Upon arrival I parked right out front but still was charged for valet parking. I parked my vehicle on Sunday and it didn't move until I checked out the following Saturday. There are many hotels along Atlantic Ave that do not charge guest for parking which is included in their stay.

The rooms was good, the Resturant was awesome!

The balcony was small, you had to put a towel down in the floor cause the water from the shower would leak out, and the sink water never got hot! Parking across the street was a hassle, our parking pass didn’t work one day, well called over and told them and nobody came, we had to be at a game so I had to pay $20 to get out, I figured they didn’t charge me for that day, but when I got the bill they did! So keep and eye out on the parking passes!

Oceanfront room was nice with great view. Staffs were very nice, professional, and accommodating. Good hot breakfast with various choices.

Room coffee was bad. On the sixth floor, looks like there were air filters or some type of cleaning which irritated sneezing on our floor (seventh floor). Heater is loud.

This hotel is close to everything and right on the beach. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

You have to park in a garage a block or so away, but they do offer valet. The concierge trying to sign you up for a time share presentation.

The room was very nice. We loved the "hardwood" floors - so much better than carpet, and MUCH appreciated by an asthmatic. The bed itself was comfortable, foam pillows would be nice. The shower head was great. The 0% shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, face soap, lotion, etc were amazing. Front desk was always professional and friendly, willing to assist you.

The bathroom sink faucet sprays your clothing when you use it. The heater was LOUD - we asked the front desk to check it for us, and they did, but still was a bit loud. No timer for the TV. The refrigerator had a whine to it as well. You have to park across the street and half a block up, the charge was $10/day. Why not include this with your stay instead of additional charges? While not the hotel's fault, helicopters went up & down the beach from 4am to 6am, and then the jets. F/A 18's and such. OMG All night long.

Awesome location and amenities. Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. We had such a great view from our balcony! I only wish we could have stayed longer. Would love to visit during warmer weather as well.

There was confusion about my booking upon check-in. My credit card was supposed to be charged and room paid for before I arrived. The front desk said it had not been paid even though my credit card said it had (and my card would not accept the duplicate charge for such a large amount). Front desk staff just gave me a toll-free number to call, saying they couldn't do anything. The customer service representative at the number they gave me was extremely unhelpful and kept referring me back to the front desk staff. I felt like the on site staff could have been more helpful, especially after I explained that I had just driven 9 hours to get there!

Pros- the hotel has been recently innovated. You can smell the new carpet in the halls, rooms were visually clean. Every room is ocean view making each morning a wonderful wake up. Front desk staff are extremely pleasant. Valet was amazing. It's worth the $16. Close proximity to shopping, restaurants and activities. Restaurants in the hotel were amazing especially breakfast. Not sure who the male hostess in the breakfast restaurant is but he's amazing. Had a small issue with one staff in the restaurant but it was resolved and she aplogized. Our first night the water in the shower was cold, we called downstairs and it was fixed within 10 mins. The day we were leaving it was cold again. We stayed 5 days and asked for clean linen bc it felt like sand was in the bed. The cleaning lady came later in the evening and seemed to have an attitude when she came in. Our room was supposed to have been cleaned while we were out but they came when we returned. I picked up (bc my husband was supposed to while I ran out🤦🏽‍♀️) so they only had to change linen. I think she was upset we were in the room our asked for linen. There was mold on the bathroom shower wall on day one so I went Wal-Mart got cleaning supplies and scrubbed the entire bathroom. No big deal everyone doesn't clean the same, BUT I will say i did the Clorox wipe test and the floors weren't dirty just sandy from the beach.

The cleaning team was NOT friendly at all. There is a language barrier. We asked for clean towels daily and cleaning of the room every other day and the 2 ladies we got had attitudes. The front desk did inform us at check-in that you have to request room cleaning. We didn't care what time as long as it was cleaned.

I loved the check-in process, Shawntea was amazing from check-in to check out!. She was pleasant and professional and had everything ready for my family to have a great experience. The Lagers restaurant was nice & live music. The hotel is in the perfect location near stores. Right on the beach. The buffet was delicious. Reese was a great server for our breakfast. We will return in the warmer days coming

The pool was not heated. The area was cold. No heat blowing inside. People look forward to that in the winter months & that was a huge disappointment. My kids expected to have a good time at the pool. Especially for their bday weekend. Please do better with the pool area. & it was not cleaned inside the pool. Very bad experience with the indoor pool. Only 1 elevator was working. They did give away complimentary waters & snacks due to that inconvenience.

The location of the beach was perfect nice view and the rooms were really nice. The valet staff were very rude especially a guy name Jim. He was very rude when we got there we were checking in and kept harassing us to move our car. We didn’t mind moving the car it was just the tone of voice he was saying things like he didn’t like his job and was taking it out on us. Other than that everything was good hotel was nice enough to ignore the valet rudeness

When I booked my room I specifically asked for a room that was on a lower floor since we were traveling with a 2 year old and a 5 year old. I ended up on the 14th floor and there was no way to change it. It made our stay a lot more stressful due to the balcony being so high and the kids unable to be outside. My room was not cleaned one time during my stay. I requested it be cleaned after the second night. I also asked for towels repeatedly and did not get them until late in the day.
