Tamra Anderson, the young lady at the front desk, was very cheerful and accommodating. We shared how much we liked the pillows, and she was able to allow us to purchase two. Breakfast was great and there was a lot of variety. The young lady handling the preparation was sooo pleasant and wonderful to talk to. She kept everything stocked and fresh.

There really wasn't anything that we didn't like. We were very satisfied.

Quick overnight to celebrate an anniversary and enjoy downtown Winchester, and it was perfect. The bed was enormous, and the room was clean. We used the hot tub and the pool(which was nice and warm), ate breakfast, and enjoyed our stay! Located very close to all things fun.

Staff--Terri in particular--were terrific; knowledgable, capable, and friendly. Breakfast was a cut above most spots like this. The king suite was spacious, bed comfortable, etc.

Air handler cycled on and off all night even when not in "auto" mode. So the noise shifting was disturbing throughout the night.

Staff was very friendly. Room was wonderful and clean. Love the jacuzzi . It was very close to fast food,Gas station. We were in town because our son had surgery at Winchester hospital. It is less than 10 minutes from the hospital. The hot breakfast .. yes real bacon and selections for breakfast was awesome . They even had to go bags if you were in a rush. I’m a diabetic so having not just carb selections was wonderful . I can’t say enough about this hotel and it’s staff. We will stay here again ! Indoor pool was a plus too.

The staff, room, amenities and location were great

The Hot tub was lukewarm at best. When you turn on the blowers the water foamed so much that you couldn't see the steps to enter. out of the five people who entered three of us stumbled into the water, myself included. Upon arrival the front desk had some difficulty finding my reservation because my name was significantly misspelled. THe survey I completed still had the misspelled name.

Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Nice room.

They could not find my Booking.com reservation so I booked a different room. Then I got charged for the booking they could not find. Took almost a month to get a refund for the failed reservation.

The rooms were spacious and clean! Easy to navigate with a Walker! Breakfast more than I expected and coffee was excellent!

Smell of cleaning supplies! Needs more outlets for phones and iPads etc!

All staff was absolutely amazing ♥️ Treated us like family during a very difficult time. Hotel was clean and smells good. Staff checked on us daily if we needed anything or if they could do anything for us. Would recommend a million times.

Beds were great, bathroom was very clean, breakfast was amazing, the free bottles of water at the desk was a great touch. Location was fantastic easy to get into and out of, food options around property was good.

That I did not have my swimsuit.

breakfast was amazing. staff was very nice and friendly. rooms are very nice and large. beds comfy, very clean rooms. hotel smelled amazing. everything was clean.

i wish the pool was a little warmer.
