I stay here all time when I’m visiting the area I call home. It’s such a convenient spot and very affordable and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff is always top notch as well!

This stay my key cards seemed to have an issue. I received two key cards at check in my first night. I had a three night two day stay. The second night of my stay my key card wouldn’t let me in to my room. I went to the front desk to get a new one and the woman working was more than happy to fix the issue. Then I happened the next night too! Neither of the keys would let me in. So I had to go back up front and the same woman (I didn’t catch her name) from the night before was more than happy to fix the issue again :) Not sure what happened, but very glad someone was there to help!

The location was perfect, it was right across the parking lot from a Starbucks and close to my family members who I was visiting. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly!

The breakfast was not up to the standards of other hotels that we have stayed in. I always look forward to toppings on the waffle (besides butter and syrup) and toppings for the oatmeal. I didn't care for the oatmeal to be in the little packets. The hot water was not hot (even when the new canister was presented). The scrambled eggs were not that appetizing. Because the breakfast was not all that great, for my next stay in Stephens City, I plan on staying at the hotel right next to the Quality Inn (HOLIDAY EXPRESS) and I'll decide which one I like better for future overnight stays.

The refrigerator was making quite a bit of noise and the gentleman at the desk was extremely nice and got us into a different room right away. It was greatly appreciated!! Also, we were only there a few hours for a quick sleep and had to head out again very early. We got a very comfortable sleep. Thank you

I am so thankful Quality Inn Stephens City exists. They saved my life. Full truth. I was driving to Mexico with my dog and 2 cats when my dog injured his spine. This unplanned stay was affordable, and the staff was amazing, so caring and accommodating. In-house laundry, complimentary continental breakfast, pet relief area, proximity to major necessity shopping and a Martin's supermarket. We stayed for a week to allow my dog to recover. I could not have imagined being anywhere else. Thank you so much.

Nothing. I was beyond grateful and satisfied with my experience. The staff communicated and were all very helpful. Check in and check out was seamless.

Dog Barking in the Hallway at 7:00 Am if someone is going to have a pet that's fine but have respect for other people and keep your dog quiet please that early in the morning

Clean, comfortable, convenient.

Brekfast offering needs to be improved. For our stay, it was scrambled eggs but no breakfast sausage or bacon. So I had toast and that was it.

We had a king bed. If you slept to close to the edge, the bed had a gullie close the the edge and you could roll off. Rooms could use a little more upgrading but other than that, it was perfect.

Convenient walk to Starbucks!! :-) Continental breakfast included was good

I didn’t try the breakfast. The hotel’s location was great for me. My room was very close to the ice maker and rear exit. The desk clerk was kind enough to point out where I could park to take advantage of that proximity.

The shower stall was very small. I am a slender woman, and still touched the sides without intending to. A large person would have had an even more difficult time.

The room was very large and the staff were super friendly.

We checked out fairly early (8:30am) and had hoped to eat breakfast prior to leaving but they had run out of bacon and eggs at that time. We didn’t have time to wait for more to be made.
