I paid a different and higher price than what was shown on Booking, so the pricing is not that clear. For the rate I paid, I would have liked to have breakfast included. The rate included a significant amount for "Car Valet" but it's a service I never used since I didn't have a car at the hotel.

The hotel exuded a modern and pleasant ambiance. The spacious shower and cozy bed proved ideal for business travel, ensuring a restful stay. I also appreciated the in-room boiler for coffee and tea preparation. The hotel's advantageous location near the sea and the transit center, offering convenient access to buses heading to Seattle, further enhances its appeal.

A brighter atmosphere could have been achieved with additional lighting, perhaps a larger ceiling lamp.

Loved a great customer service, clean rooms, feeling of being safe and welcomed, bar food and drinks, lovely bartender, coffe pot downstairs, free lavender pouches to sleep tight, safe in a room, comfortable bed.Location!

Very clean room equipped with refrigerator, coffee machine, and iron. Shower is also conformable while there is no bath tab. No electric kettle and microwave oven available in a room. Safeway is in 5min distance.

A bit far from the downtown with restaurants and bars. But just 8-10 min on foot. The transportation center (bus station) is also 10 min far away, but you can walk.

I always select this hotel when traveling to Bellevue. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The hotel had an incident where the room keys were not working, but this was handled very professionally by your team.

NA - This doesn't apply to me as I had NO issues during my stay.

Great location for my conference. But honestly it was the staff who were just super awesome and friendly!! And the fresh cookies every afternoon were a nice treat to come back to. It was the little things.

Nothing it was great

we loved the location and hotel overall was great!

The floors in the room were a little dirty (we noticed this after walking around barefoot after a shower and our feet turned grey), and their toilet seats are loud which is just odd, but not a deal breaker. like most hotels the air conditioning didn’t make sense and the fan came on every couple of minutes, so we just turned it off until bed time. other than that, this place was great. we loved the lounge area - so comfy! the elevators were also quick so we never had to wait long for one. breakfast buffet had a decent selection and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive :).

Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Kiosk in the lobby helps when you need something to drink/eat. Free coffee at the lobby. many cafe/restaurants nearby.

Noisy fridge on the first day. It was fixed upon calling the front desk. Only one towel hanger in the bathroom.

Good quality of room and facilities. Ultra Fast internet (if connected via ethernet). Hotel is relatively close to Cheesecake Factory

A bit too expensive, there is some construction area nearby, no noise and not visible from hotel, but walking around is not as nice as it could be. (Nothing hotel can do about it)

The Point of Sale system was not working upon checkin. I submitted 3 credit cards and they told me it was my issue, told me to call my banks, it was completely embarrassing, I walked away in shame to call my issuers, but it was a hotel problem. Then I had to wait 30 minutes, while they rebooted their systems. I had to change rooms 3x before settling in… out the window in the first was a group of homeless men urinating, in the second, the room was rattling with the heating and air conditioning systems right outside my window, the third, not the same room plan was much better. I think Management should have been more accommodating due to the huge inconvenience they out me through.
