Proximity to the airport. Left my car there and walked across to the airport.

Location is great, my kids loved watching the airplanes take off. Breakfast service was a little slow but the food was good and the restaurant wasn’t overly busy at 8am on a Sunday morning. The bathroom lighting was exceptional, not like the typical harsh bathroom lighting most hotels have. It was a cool room, the trundle beds worked really well for having multiple kids. The price was definitely on the lower end of our typical hotel stays and the room and location was on the nicer end.

I like this hotel because it’s not by any busy street/stores or restaurants so it’s pretty quiet for the most part. The pool and hot tub were nice.

Beds are too hard, made for a restless nights sleep. Couch in the living area of our sweet was uncomfortable to sit on for very long. Our room smelled oddly like food when we arrived and throughout our stay, not sure if we were above the restaurant kitchen? Would be nice to have continental breakfast offered. Disappointed that the sauna was out of order.

Staff were so accommodating for me and my family. Always able to help if we needed anything and so friendly. Location was really good for us as we were there for shopping. Close to all amenities and literally across the street from the airport. Beds were comfy, room was clean and very up to date with large shower and nice furniture

Absolutely nothing, we wish we had more time to stay

I used the pool and jacuzzi. I was surprised to find that the door was removed from the single shower and was open to view from the pool and the outdoor parking lot. As one does not wish to wear a wet swim suit in the lobby and elevator it was a bit challenging to change without being seen. In addition there was no soap in the shower.

Clean and comfortable room. Climate control was good, blankets and sheets were soft and very comfortable. Excellent bed , firm and easy to sleep in. Loved that its a dog friendly hotel, not a peep of a bark.

Neighbor above was more than a little noisy getting up, but we survived it. Better insulation between the floors would be nice. Signage could improve.

Spacious and clean, friendly and helpful staff, loved that coffee was always available in the lobby, we were able to fit our four kids in the room with trundle bed really comfortably. Room had a nice view overlooking runway, fun to watch the planes. Generous size of toiletries to use in the bathroom, not the tiny little bottles. We had a great time using the pool and hot tub and sauna, they were all very well-maintained and clean.

The bed is super comfortable (soft but with structure), room carpet looks and smells clean, and bathroom was immaculately clean. We also appreciated the Dove brand toiletries in the bathroom - definitely nice to see a recognizable name-brand instead of some obscure shampoo & conditioner.

There is NO FREE BREAKFAST. Despite previous comments from other guests, they've removed this feature bc of the new restaurant on the ground floor. Don't show up expecting continental breakfast then be suckered into paying overprice for mediocre food! Plenty of great local joints in the area within 5-10 min. drive.

It was handy to have a restaurant with convenient hours as this location is very isolated other than the airport being right there.

I ordered a Cobb salad that I picked up in the restaurant. The staff was a bit indifferent other than the nice gal that brought the salad out to me. The salad was very bland with no blue cheese crumbles at all which is just wrong. Plus the 'blue cheese' salad dressing was not good. I did appreciate that they included two little containers of the dressing or it would have been just awful.

Sadly, didn't have a chance for breakfast as our flight was very early. But second time staying here before an early flight out of Bellingham, and the consistency, staff, restaurant, cleanliness and rooms are great. Kind of makes me wish I had a reason to just stay in Bellingham for the entire weekend.
