The hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast was great and the hotel staff were all so nice! The beds were comfortable and the rooms had a microwave and refrigerator. Its conveniently located next to the ferry which was nice for our trip to Seattle for the NFL game. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

The bathroom could use a little renovation. The wall paper was peeling, the tub had a bit of mold in the cracks and the bathroom door wouldnt close. The bathrooms also dont have ventilation.

The beds were so cozy my partner and I didn’t want to leave! The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. And of any place I’ve been to with a waffle iron in the breakfast bar, I’ve never had one where the blueberries are already in the waffle batter! Genius! We were also lucky to get a very pretty view of the water and the naval ship.

I like extremely firm pillows so my head sank into the super-soft pillows faster than I anticipated, but that’s personal taste. The closest I can get to a problem is that the TV guide was out of date and each channel was one off from how it was listed (so, example, the guide would say Food Network was channel 25 when it was actually channel 26), but it was nice to get that many channels and it’s not an end-of-the-world problem

Breakfast was great, the general atmosphere of the place was excellent. My only complaint was that the bed in my room was horrible. Got no sleep at all. Too hard and lumpy. The pillows were excellent and the location couldn't be beat. I expected it to be a bit noisy as it was in downtown but it was quiet.

Stevie was awesome. Greeted us with a pleasant smile and great attitude. There was a bit of a problem with my handicap room request but she had it resolved within the hour. We arrived at 3 and was in our room once they were done cleaning it. The location is beautifully located next to the ferry landing for convenience. Having the warm breakfast and coffee available was an added benefit. Again, the Staff was awesome. Very clean. Would stay again.

I did mention the bed was needing to be replaced in our room. I think I just got the bad side. They apologized but it wasn't a problem just thought I should mention it for the next guests stay.,

The bed was very uncomfortable. Hard mattress, no give at all. I want to be able to sink a little bit into the mattress, that wasn't happening here. And worse, the pillows were flat, no support at all. We tossed and turned all night.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was abundant and more expansive than we expected. We needed to catch a very early ferry so the location was ideal.

Everything thing was great. We had no complaints.

Great options at breakfast, very comfy beds, clean facility right on the water and next to the ferry dock. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and pubs. Nice blackout curtains on the window.

Parking was a little confusing due to the festival same day. Breakfast team had a tough time keeping up with demand ( due to tasty food !) Wish there was a hot tub.

Location. Close to great sports bar and cafes. Waterfront is beautiful. Easy walk from ferry terminal. Breakfast good. Great coffee available all day in lobby.

Room needs a little updating.

The Hampton Inn was close to the Ferry terminal with easy parking and check-in. The area is quiet with a nice area along the waterfront. Make sure to visit the fountain park. We also visited Olympic National Park from this location.

Everyone at the front desk was amazing. They showed unbelievable kindness to everyone who came in.
